Winter Dolores, you get yourself out here before I drag you down myself.'

"Ahhha" she was done first thing in the morning she was moving out, she knew he would come in any moment, so she trapped her pillow over her head and groaned.

'What do you want, why do you disturb my rest, never have I wronged a soul in my life then why do you take pleasure in my displeasure.'

'Victorian English won't help you Winter, it's 5:30 and besides it's Tuesday you got more dogs to pick up and you need to eat before you leave the house, so come on get up.'

'But I don't want to, the bed is so comfy.'

'Winter Dolores you get your ass up now before I spank you, the bills aren't going to pay themselves you know.'

' She knew he was right but her body ached all over and she just felt like sleeping in.' So she snuggled more and pulled the covers to her chin. With a defeated a voice he said ' have it  your way then,' she heard his retreating footsteps and she "thought finally some peace and quiet." But how wrong she was.

SPLASH!!!

"He did it, didn't he"?
He actually did it. But there was one thing she knew she had better get her ass out of bed before he returned.
By the time she was done with her bath and it was 6:15.

Adrien you would pay for this you know that don't you, But it was an empty threat even she knew she would never let anything happen to him. The worst she could do was to give him a pitiful spank on his behind.

She had known Adrien right from the shelter, it was safe and he was her best friend and only friend. Even when things didn't look good or got too tough, he had a joke ready to tell her, she would laugh until she would almost forget she had any worries. Almost.
They both moved from shelter to shelter, at least they stayed in three different shelter homes before they were able to afford an apartment.

The first day she met him she was under a bridge soaked because of the rain with no where to go and her hope fading away slowly.

Like he preferred to describe it "she was shaking like a leaf during a rainstorm that would eventually fall off." She still remembered when he lifted her off the dirt like she weighed nothing which she probably did, as didn't remember the last time she had something to eat. He took her back to the shelter he was at and nurses her ass back to health. She didn't know where she would have been or worse what could have happened to her, if he hadn't come to her that night. She was one hell of a stubborn girl but Adrien was worse. He did always treated her like she was his child, like the mother she never had and he was only her age. Ever since that day they had been together, he never asked her where she was from or headed, not even what had happened to her. And it wasn't because he didn't care but it was because he cared an awful lot. All he said was "when you are ready I would be right here." She didn't know what would have happened if he wasn't there. But Adrien says "you saved my life too."

Now back to reality she had a really busy day ahead of her, she was working double shifts at the bar and she still had her day job. Life couldn't have been any better *Note the very intended sarcasm*

"So Winter, I have been thinking about something for a while now."
