Richies backstory

Richie Tozier had a pretty perfect life, loving parents, the bestest friends ever and a nice big house.
But he had a secret, he was in love with his bestfriend Eddie Kaspbrak and he had been for nearly 2 years.
Stuff had suddenly started going downhill for him. All his friends got girlfriends or boyfriends and now Eddie had a girlfriend, so Richie yhought he was straight and would never love him back. They always excluded him, and whenever he said anything these days they just told him to shut up. Plus he was being severely bullied by Henry Bowers more than any of his friends he had been bullied by Bowers in the past but it was worse now. It the past he just let it roll off his back but it was starting to affect him. He was loosing weight in an unhealthy way, he barely got sleep. It was also impacting on his personality he didn't make jokes anymore. And the thing was none of the teachers seemed to care.
He also had to carry the weught of a huge secret on his back.
He decided it was time to tell his parents.

"Mom, dad, I have to tell you something" said Richie one day after school.
"What it is boy??" Asked his father.
He took and deep breath.
"I'm gay" he confessed. There was silence for a minute.
"So you're tellin me your a fag??" Asked his dad.
Richie nodded his head.
"I wont have a faggot as a soon" he said. Richie felt tears welling up in his eyes but he stayed strong.
"Dad.." he started. Suddenly Richie felt a fist hit his face. Everything went blurry. Tears started rolling down his face.
"You can leave,now" he heard his mother tell his father.
"Maggie, I'm sorry I acted on impulse" pleaded his dad.
"Went, you have 30 minutes to pack and you better get out of this house" announced his mother.
When his dad was leaving, he looked Richie and shook his head.
Once his dad was gone Richie burst into tears.
"Richie, its ok, hes gone, its alright" whisperes his mom.

The next day when Richie went into school, all his friends were shocked to see his black eye. "Oh my god, Richie what happned??" Asked Bev. "It was my dad, my mom threw him out" muttered Richie. They all hugged him and said ut would be ok. The only person he told about why his dad hit him was Bev, she was his bestfriend at the moment since he and Eddie didn't really hang out anymore.
Richie started drinking aswell.
Richie started going to see a therapist for a little over a year.
He had started becoming his self again.
He started becoming happy again.
His friends started treating him better aswell.
Eddie was still dating Jennifer but it was ok, cause he knew Eddie would in love with him someday cause in Richies opinion, he thought of himself as smoking hot beast. He definitely git his confidence back too. And he stopped drinking he only drank on speacial occasions or when he was invited to parties.

Everything, was better for him now, although he was very upset about breaking up with Eddie, he thought maybe it wasn't the right idea.
