The Darkest Minds AU

I've literally read the first ten pages, but it's got me hooked and I'd like to mess around with it with a Voltron crossover.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, I'll explain what I know. The darkest minds is a book set after a devastating virus that killed most children, but the ones left standing have developed inhuman powers and capabilities as listed below in categories. The survivors have no control over their powers, so they're moved to camps so they can learn restraint.

Categories

Green - Kids categorised under this colour are considered the least dangerous. They have heightened intellectual powers, are extremely smart and are allowed to walk freely.

Blue - If you are categorised under this colour, you have the ability to control things with your mind, otherwise known as telekinesis. They are allowed to walk freely.

Yellow - Yellows have the ability of electrokinesis (is that how you spell it- ), son they have the ability to control electric. They're moved to all plastic camps where there is no electricity used.

Red - Kids in this category have the power of pyrokenisis: the ability to control and create fire. Some are killed on the spot, but most were left alive. They are the only ones to experience physical changes, as it causes some part of their body to twitch.

Orange - Oranges are the most dangerous and are killed on the spot. They have the ability to control minds, so they can make you do whatever they want - buy them a sandwich, jump up and down and sing a song... kill yourself or others. You're at their mercy. (Or my mercy, I took a test and I'm an Orange 😅🍊)

Or maybe as a different plot they could still have these powers, but are still on Voltron as well. So they ran away from one of the camps successfully and found the Blue lion.

Caesar: I'd like to play Caesar as a Yellow, I don't mind what power Pidge has. If you play Lance I'd prefer him to be a Blue.

Elio: I'd like to play Elio as a Blue, and I'd prefer Keith as a Red. If you play Lance I'd prefer him to be an Orange.
