He's got Guts.

Alex's pov.

        I'm woken up by the sound of water pouring on the ground. It was Shalom she was taking a shower I checked my phone. Tf it's 8am I'm so late!.  I rushed out of bed and opened the closet to find something to wear. I took out my plain black T-shirt and my boyfriend jeans. Shalom walked out of the bathroom wearing both my towels. One around her body and the other on her hair.
       "Why you in a hurry?." She asked before plugging the dryer.
      "I'm late for work." I hurriedly say before I start brushing my teeth.          
        When I was done with that I had a fast shower. Then I checked the time again it was about 8:25am.
       "Take a chill pill sis. " Shalom said before laughing.
       "I don't want Michael to get mad at me. He's so arrogant." I replied while drying my hair.
       "He's still arrogant, even after the kiss?."She asked teasingly.
      "He pretends like the kiss never even happened. He's such a jerk. I hate him. "
       Shalom just laughs and puts some bread in the toaster. When I was done drying my hair. I slip into my shirt and jeans, I grab a slice of toast and dash out.
      "Kill 'em." I heard Shalom yell when I was already half way out of the apartment. We said that to each other when we were in trouble it was meant to keep us calm, I think.
         I stood at the bus stop and then I see Michael pull over.
        "Your late. Get in. "He said with annoyance.

Michael's pov.

             I had waited for Alex at our usual coffee shop but she didn't show up, I became worried and I hurriedly drove to her house. Then I sighted her cross to the bus stop, she looked so good even when she dressed simple. I drove over to her, trying my best not to show any emotion but annoyance I said;
          "Your late. Get in. "
   She got in hurriedly. Then she fixed her seatbelt.
      "I'm so sorry." she said, she looked really cute when she apologized.
      "That's enough. " I say. I knew she was hurt by my words. But I couldn't help myself.
         Our first stop was PJ's office. When we got there, I saw Jay in front of the building talking with two girls a blonde an a redhead. Obviously flirting. Alex unlocked the door by herself, I hoped she wasn't doing what I thought she was about to do.
        She ran towards them. Then I hurriedly parked. I locked the car and followed her as fast as I could, I kept a close distance so I could hear what she was saying.
       ".....it would never happen again, just be patient with me. "She said with tears flowing freely from her eyes.
       The girls began to laugh.
      "there's no us. "Jay began. " I wanted you because you're hot, and you weren't giving in to my expectations. " Jay continued. The redhead placed her hand on his shoulder.
     I saw Alex's face turn pale. The tears rushed out more. She couldn't control herself. I ran toward them, I gave Jay a punch across his face.
      "You son of a bitch! " I shouted as I watched him groan in pain "She's more than just a pretty girl. She's great, nice and sweet. "I added before letting Alex into my arms, she cried on my shoulders. "You don't deserve her. " I continued before leading Alex into the car.
        "Go to hell!." I heard Jay shout before he hissed in pain.
