The warm feeling of the sun awaking me again, my eyes slowly open. Instead of the roof of my house it's the sky, bright and blue. The airs not so stuffy and gross, instead of dark clouds there's white fluffy ones.

Grass under me instead of my bed, my soft sheets are grass instead. I'm fully dressed in my walking outfit.... Not my sleeping one.

I quickly sit up looking around. Dirt roads, drunkens everywhere, people riding horses and wagons. W-What the?

I rub my eyes hoping I'm just seeing things, but the sight doesn't go away. It's all still here, my head aches so much. I feel sick.

I get weird looks from everyone walking by. The men wear cowboy boots and hats, they all look so scruffy and dirty. Mud, dirt and sweat is all of there looks. Woman wear dresses instead, wondering why I'm wearing pants.

This doesn't look like London...

There's no concrete, no actual stone buildings, no street lights, nothing I'm used to.

"Look at that one," I hear a man says. I look to him, he points to me. I get up on my feet and shake my legs out, the two men walk up to me.

"Hello there pretty lady, aren't those clothes for men?" They try with there horrible flirting,

"I didn't know clothes have genders, or that woman are called objects instead of real people." I make a witty come back, already annoyed of these men's stupidity.

"Feisty, I like that in a woman." "Well then your gonna like my fist so far up your ass that your tonsils are gonna shine!" I raise a fist to him. Yelling right in his ugly face.

Right when I'm about to swing a woman comes in between us. "M-Ma'am, please don't start any violence." I look her up and down, she's young. I shouldn't do anything... I put my arm down.

The men walk off with a final scoff, then the woman looks back to me. "I know how you feel ma'am, sometimes men are the other word for stupidity." She giggles softly. Her hair done up nice, freckles showered over her skin.

"Oh! How rude of me, I'm Mary-Beth Gaskell." She puts her small hand out. I shake it lightly. "Y/N L/N."

"You're not from around her now are you?" She asks, I nod agreeing. "I'm kind of... Lost." I lie. I don't even know how I got here, I can't just tell someone I just woke up here!

"Where were you going?" I think for a moment, come one. A simple lie! "I-Uh... I kinda... Escaped?" She looks at me weirdly. "Escaped? Y-You mean from jail...?" She asks normally.

I'm technically a criminal... "Yes..." I looks around making sure no one heard me. "Well, maybe I can help you a bit!" She smiles then grabs my hand. "Why don't you come with me to the general store? I'll buy you a little treat!" She smiles happily. I slowly nod then follow her to the small store not so far away from us.

We walk in, she buys me an apple.. Once we pay I take a bite of it, I guess I really am hungry.

Once we walk out another scruffy looking man walks up to us, looking at me. "Mary-Beth? Who's this?" He asks in an old western voice. She points to me then reply's.

"This is Ms.L/N, she said she escaped from..." she goes closer to him then whispers. "Prison. The pen I'm guessing." She walks back beside me. "Nice to meet you Ms.L/N... But have you seen Karen? Or Tilly?" He asks. "Karen went with some guy into the hotel... she hasn't come out in a while." Mary-Beth answers then the man walks away.

"Well I should ask you if need it or not but... I can get Dutch to help you, Dutch is... A gang leader.... But I'm sure he'd be happy to help you! Do you have a mailer name? So I can send you a letter if he says yes?" She asks happily. Shit, Uhm...

"U-Uh... My mailers name got removed...?" I try acting like I don't know.

"Removed?" "Yeah, I'm guessing since I had the... Jail thing for a long time they'd remove my name on it! I'll go make one again if that's alright..." She nods, "Ok! So if you make it then can I get the name?" I try thinking of a name...

"Y/N F/N." (Fake name.) She nods. "I'll make sure to remember that, check it every so often." She smiles then the man comes back with a bloody nosed woman.

"I should be going now, don't wanna stay in the same place for to long." I lie again, I look around for the postal office. I should make one then.

"Alright, see you soon Ms.L/N!" She yells as I start running in between the buildings and out of sight, I hate it here already. My boots are already muddy as ever, I have no Idea where I even am... Why me?

I soon find the postal office, I guess I should make one.

I walk in and wipe my feet of on the small mat before walking to the man at the desk. "Hello Ma'am! How can I help you today?" He asks enthusiastically.

"I'm here to make account...?" He nods. "Alright! What is your name?" He grabs a piece of paper and a pen.

"Y/N F/N." He nods then writes it down.

After a couple of minutes later, he makes a small name tag then places it on one of the mail boxes. "Here's your key, your mail box number will always be number '672'." He slides the key to me then smiles. "Thanks you." I turn my bag onto my stomach then put the key in it.

I walk out of the building and look around, I don't have anywhere to sleep tonight... The days turning to night and I don't even know how much rooms are here. Or if they would take my money.

I grab the small wallet out of my bag before sliding my bag back onto my back. I count all my money quickly. £1000.

I think they might be taking it... I walk to the hotel from earlier, I walk in the building then walk to the front desk. "Do you take pounds? Pound sterling?" He thinks for a moment.

"Money's money Ma'am, a room is $2." I nod then place £5 on the desk, my heart races wondering if he'll actually take it. Surprisingly he grabs onto softly then places it into the register.

"Room 2. Upstairs." I happily nod then walk up the stairs to the room. I reach the room and walk in, there's a bed lamp and some windows. Exactly what I needed. Privacy.
