Chapter 7

Mondo and Ishimaru arrived in class at the same time.

Well, Ishimaru was later than usual since it took longer for him to get out of bed and he insisted on waiting for Mondo while he showered.

Ishimaru went to his usual seat while Mondo was approached by Leon.

"Ey Mon-Mon! You didn't answer my texts. What the hell were you do-," Leon's face suddenly scrunched up.

"Mondo, you stink of sweat and why do you smell like Ishimaru?"

"Wait, what?" Mondo went to sniff himself.

He was right. Mondo's usual coffee-like scent had traces of Ishimaru's scent on him.

Leon held back a laugh, "Oh my god... DID YOU TWO FUCK?!" He pointed an accusatory finger at Mondo.

"w-WHAT?! NO!" Mondo shouted. Damn, why was he getting nervous now?

"You did!" Leon laughed.

Now a few students in their class were starting to stare at them.

"No, I didn't. Leon," Mondo whisper-yelled.

"C'mon, why else would you be smelling like him? And you arrived together with Ishi. That's one hell of a sexual tension between you guys."

"Ya know what? I ain't even gonna argue with you anymore." Mondo grumpily went to his seat that was at the back of the class.

"Oh! I gotta ask him!" Leon ran to Ishimaru who was copying Naegi's notes he got yesterday to his own notebook.

"Dude- no!" Mondo went to stop Leon, but he was already asking Ishimaru questions.

"Hey Ishimaru!" Leon playfully tapped Ishimaru's shoulder.

"Hm? What do you need, Kuwata?" Ishimaru looked up from his notes.

"Did you and Mondo fucked?" Leon asked nonchalantly.

Ishimaru's face turned almost as red as his eyes, "W-why would you accuse m-me of that?!"

Leon sniffed the air a bit.

"Yeah, you definitely reek of Mondo. Ooor you splashed yourself with coffee this morning."

"I did not splash myself with coff-"

"So you two DID fuck!"

"No..." Ishimaru whined and covered his face in embarrassment. He was so flustered that tears started to gather in his eyes.

"Oi, stop that. Yer' making him uncomfortable," Mondo pushed him back with one hand away from Ishimaru.

"It's okay if you two did the do. Hell, a lot of people our age have already mated-"

Luckily, Leon's words were cut off by the sound of the teacher entering the class. Mondo and Leon scurried back to their seats, leaving the flustered Ishimaru alone.

~Timeskip~

Lunchtime came and Mondo tried to get away from Leon as fast as he could.

Mondo and Leon always eat lunch together with Chihiro. But today, (hopefully) he wasn't going to. He really didn't want Leon to pester him.

Mondo went to a secluded area of the cafeteria. It wasn't hard to find since Hope's Peak didn't have that much students.

There were a decent amount of empty tables. But in the middle of those empty tables, one was occupied by someone.

Ishimaru.

He was eating a bento while also focused on reading a book. He seemed so invested in the book he's reading. Was he always sitting alone there?

And was Ishimaru's scent stronger than yesterday? Mondo was not complaining though. He missed basking in Ishimaru's scent ever since this morning-

Goddamnit his pre-rut.

Mondo tapped Ishimaru's shoulder, "He-"

"AAAH!" Ishimaru jumped in surprise, hitting his thigh against the underside of the table. Which made it shook a bit.

Ishimaru snapped his head towards Mondo. His shocked expression faltered once he saw Mondo's face.

"Oh, hello Brother! I didn't expect you to be here."

"Uh.. do ya mind if i take a seat here?"

"Of course not! Go ahead," Ishimaru smiled politely.

Mondo mumbled a small thanks to Ishimaru and sat in front of him. He began eating his cup noodle that he brought.

"Brother, are you eating only that for your lunch?"

Mondo's eyes glanced between Ishimaru and his ownp cup noodle.

"..Yeah, why?"

"I don't think cup noodles are sufficient for you. Especially since you are the Ultimate Biker Gang Leader!"

"Honestly, I don't really care as long as i eat something." Mondo continued eating.

It only took barely a minute for Mondo to finish his cup noodle.

"If you're still hungry, you can have some of my bento!" Ishimaru cheerfully offered.

"Nah, I don't want you getting hungry instead."

"It's okay, I insist!" Ishimaru brought a ball of rice with a few meat on it close to Mondo's face using his chopsticks.

Mondo hesitantly took a bite of the food that Ishimaru had so generously offered.

"Oh hey! There you are, Mondo!" Leon shouted.

Mondo and Ishimaru looked towards the source of the sound. They saw Leon and Chihiro approaching them, carrying their own lunchboxes.

"Aww you guys look so cute," Chihiro cooed.

Mondo and Ishimaru blushed furiously as Leon and Chihiro took a seat at their table. Leon sat next to Mondo while Chihiro sat next to Ishimaru.

"Ishimaru, since you're Mondo's boyfriend, welcome to our lunch group!" Leon grinned.

Mondo glared at Leon, silently threatening him menacingly. Chihiro giggled.

"I almost forgot," Mondo fished his keycard from his pocket, "Chihiro, can you help me fix this?" He held out his keycard towards Chihiro.

Chihiro inspected the weird shaped keycard.

"I think it's broken," Mondo continued.

"Wait, is that why you smell like Ishimaru? Cuz' you literally slept with him?" Leon said.

"Yes. Now stop talking about how me an' Taka fucked."

"Aww you're even on the first name basis with him," Leon cooed.

Mondo glared at Leon again.

"Okay, I'll stop," Leon laughed.

Chihiro interrupted Mondo and Leon, "I don't think your keycard is entirely broken, Mondo. The chip and the metal frame seems to be still intact under this melted plastic. Have you tried using it on your door?"

Mondo shyly scratched the back of his neck, "No..."

"I'm pretty sure you can still use it. No fixing needed," Chihiro smiled, returning the keycard to Mondo.

"Thanks."

Ishimaru piped up, "Friends, it's 5 minutes until our next lesson starts. Let's return to our classroom." He then proceeded to tidy up his things and closed his lunchbox.

The others also tidied up their things and then they went back to class together.

btw just to clarify that Chihiro hasn't come out that he's a boy but he was still Mondo's buddy. they workout together at times and Mondo sometimes helps out Chihiro in carrying his tech stuff :]
