Telling Azzy the truth

I woke up in Kyo's arms. He was still sound asleep. I started to remember what happened last night and I felt a blush go across my face. I snuggled in to his chest.

"Azzy?" I heard a sleepy voice ask from the door. I turned to see Yuki standing there rubbing his eyes. I kissed Kyo and gently got out of the bed so I didn't wake him.

"Morning Yuki" I said quietly as I shut the door. Yuki mumbled a good morning back and wrapped his arms around me and rested his head on my shoulder. "Come on let's get you something to drink"

We headed to the dining room to see Torhu and Momiji eating breakfast.

"Good morning Azzy, Yuki" Torhu greeted us with a smile. Momiji waved has he had his mouth full.

"Morning Torhu" I said as Yuki and I sat down. I filled Yuki's plate as he was to tired to do it. I placed it in front of him and gently ran my fingers through his hair. He slowly began to eat. I started to fill my own plate when I noticed Torhu staring at us with hearts in her eyes.

"That was so cute"

"Oh thank you. I used to do it all the time when they lived back at the estate. Yuki has always had a problem waking up"

"Damn rat" I heard Kyo's groggy voice say as he come in to the room.

"Morning Kyo" Torhu and I both said.

We ate in silence after that. Once we were done we headed for the gardens.

"Tohru let's go look at something over here" Momiji said as he pulled her around the corner.

"Azzy, there is something we have to tell you" I heard Yuki say. I looked at him and Kyo to see they had serious faces on.

"Ok" we went and sat on a bench.

"Azzy we know what happened with Akito and we are truly sorry that we were not there when you needed us but what we are about to tell you is very serious and we need you to just listen" Yuki said. I nodded my head. I have seen them serious before but this seemed different.

"The thing is Akito and the entire family has lied to you. You see, you have been told that Akito is to die but we all told you he die when he is much older. We told you this cause everytime we told you, you got so upset. The thing is is that Akito can die at anytime. We don't know when and neither does he" Yuki said as he held my hands.

"We are not telling you this as a way to guilt you in to go back to him but we thought you should have a right to know as we know how much he means to you. If you could just talk it out and be friends at least I think it might help you both. We hate seeing you upset Azzy but no matter how hard he hurt you I can clearly see that you need Akito and no doubt he needs you to" Kyo finished.

I sit in silence as I let everything sink in. Akito could die at anytime? I couldn't believe it. . . And he hide it from me to make me happy?

"Thank you for telling me. . . I will go home tomorrow and talk things out with him" I said as I hugged them.

For the rest of the day we played games and just spent every moment being like we once were.
