Why I think Anakin had good reason to kick Clovis's butt (SW:TCW)

(Swearing and sensitive topics warning in advance. Also this is just my opinion.)

Aight so a couple of nights ago at like 3am, I was having sum trouble falling asleep since my big brain decided to go Speedy Gonzales mode on me, and i started thinking about the Clovis/Padmé/ Anakin arc in season 6. So after sum thought I came to this conclusion, and I quote my 3am drunk off insomnia thought: "Damh, Anakin had sum good fucking reason to beat the ever-loving shit out of Clovis."

Allow me to explain:

First of all, Padmé's dead-ass only in her early 20's. She has already been a queen, and she is now a whole-ass fucking badass and inspiring senator. The rest of her peers are all older than her and she is one of the youngest senators, so it makes sense that she would be "single" as she could just argue that she was still fairly young, or that that wasn't a main focus of her's at the moment as all she has ever wanted to do was help others with the position she was in. So if anyone asked, she would just decline mainly cuz she's already secretly married but anyone else would just buy her other arguments and RESPECT HER FUCKING DECISION LIKE A DECENT PERSON WOULD (unlike Clovis but more on that later.) So while everyone else thinks she's single cuz she's devoted to her work, its also mainly because she's devoted to Anakin as well as her work as a senator. 

Secondly, we already know that Anakin is a pretty protective person, especially of the people he cares about (which makes sense consideringhis backstory of losing his mother and all). Take for example how he reacted when Ahsoka died-ish  and was revived in the Mortis arc or when he was ordered back to  Coruscant by the Chancellor at the beginning of the Umbara arc and his initial reaction was "well I can't just leave my men!" (He considered the clones men not clones and valued their lives (so did Ahsoka and obi-Wan)) He was always putting others and their needs ahead of his (which is probably related to how he most likely developed some sort of of Anxiety/Depression disorder rooting form his childhood and upbringing in the Jedi Temple, and how he was treated for most of his life)

So, when fucking Clovis kept trying to get at Padmé, he was also trying to see if his suspicions of Anakin and her being more than friends was true like the dick head he was, and he continued pressing her even as she was clearly trying to get away from him and literally saying no to him when Anakin walked in to see what was going on. So what do u think Anakin saw happening? He saw the guy he never really liked about to rape his wife (wich is 100% what would have happened if he had not shown up when he did.) So Anakin's reaction, tho probably not the best reaction was honest and true to his character especially considering his backstory, and how devoted he is to the people he cares about. He was just being (a little over) protective of her. Of course he didn't have to go as far as he did, but his actions were true to his character which is why I think what he did was done with good reason. I mean if something like this happened to you, how do you think you'd react?
