I bet Toph was just sleeping calmly keeping one foot on the ground to keep watch over the gang in "The Southern Raiders" and just got woken up by Sokka and Suki "engaging in sum adult activities" and prolly did either:
1: Eased dropped the entire time
2: Got her feet of the ground all embarrassed once she realised what was happening and prolly couldn't sleep after that
3: Bugged them about it the next day/in the future
4:kept it a secret that she knew so she would have leverage in the future
