"What the hell are you doing here." All heads turn to see the furious "creation" of Lex Luthor as Polaris and Scarlet Witch frowns.

"I could ask you the same thing kiddo." Polaris huffed and her hands slowly emitted green but Scarlet stopped her Aunt. "We're patrolling.." Kon-el frowns as he crossed his arms.

"... Where's Superman?" Both started walking away and being followed by Kon-El. "Who knows. He dissapeared after Luthor started capturing kids." Scarlet honestly answered as they crouch when a bot appeared out of nowhere.

Kon-el frowns and sigh. "I know where Luthor keeps the kids..." Polaris glare at Superboy. "And you expect us to believe that?" Scarlet glance at Kon whose frowning. She noticed something different..

Scarlet rose to her feet and gently cup the sides of Kon's cheeks, noticing a huge scar on his forehead and a gash on his left eye with a busted lip. "What the hell happen to you?" Kon gently removed Rose's hands and gave her a device.

"A kid can time travel and gave me that device." Their eyes widen as Kon nodded. "Which means-!" "Go back to the past and this universe won't exist." Kon continues to explain but Polaris sigh. "It won't be easy, all the technology for time travel is at the Avenger quarters and..."

Scarlet sadly looked at Kon. "... the people who are in the future will disappear.." Kon shrugged his shoulder and smirked. "I'd do the right thing in the end." Rose glance at Polaris who groan and nod.

"Fine. Let him come with us. I'll scan the area and signal you." Scarlet nod as Polaris hurriedly looks at the open areas before they go back to their hideout. "You don't mean..!" Scarlet gave the device to Kon and smile.

"We need you.. I need you.." Kon looked at the device and clench it and both heads turn to see a destroyed robot by their boots.

Polaris hurriedly run towards them and huff. "They sounded the alarm!"

WHEOOO WHEOOO!

"Damn it!" "We need to hide!" "Psst!" All heads turn to see a mutant kid whose calling them out. "Should we trust him?!" Kon asked frantic and Scarlet growl. "Not much of a choice! Come on!"

The splat of their boots and the sirens was the only thing that was heard before they are guided through the tunnel by a mutant kid.

What could go wrong right...?
