Naturally, I would flatly reject his offer pero dahil pinagtitinginan na ako, I have no choice but to give in on his request.

I stood up and held his wrist, mahirap na baka may nerve agent pa siyang nilagay sa kamay niya kahit naka gloves pa ako.

"Oh my gosh Lorelei! Do you think that my hands are laced with poison?" tanong ni Stein ng hindi ko hinawakan ang kanyang kamay. "Better safe than sorry" I muttered as we reached the dance floor.

"Oh com'on I thought you were better than this! Sa tingin mo papatayin kita sa maraming tao? Also, look Alistair and Jamie is watching us." pagtatanggol ni Stein sa sarili niya. I looked the direction where Stein is looking at and I saw Jamie and Alistair's sharp looks. By the way magkapartner si Jamie at si Rye habang si Alistair at Margarette naman ang partner. Loki? I didn't saw him nor his shadow pagkatapos naming mag-assist.

I sighed when the song started, it's fire on fire by Sam Smith. Suddenly I felt electrocuted when Stein placed his hands to my waist, kahit naiilang ako hinawakan ko nalang ang kanyang kamay, sa dami ng lalaki dito bat siya pa?

"My mother said I'm too romantic,
She said, "You're dancing in the movies"

The song started to play and we danced through the beat of the music. "My, my, my you look so lovely tonight, you are indeed a princess" Stein complimented, "Thank you." I said said shyly. "Have you already found your knight? If not I would gladly volunteer." Stein said while flashing a wide smile.

I suddenly felt goosebumps which made me stop. I glared at him giving the what-the-heck look, which made him laugh. I rolled my eyes as we continued to danced.

"Fire on fire would normally kill us
But this much desire, together, we're winners,"

"Don't you think the song is perfect for us?" Stein blurted out of the blue.  I again rolled my eyes as a response. Talagang ayaw niyang tumigil ah, pinagtri-tripan niya ba ako?

"They say that we're out of control and some say we're sinners
But don't let them ruin our beautiful rhythms"

"Listen to the song, it's perfect for the two of us. Kung sakaling magkakatu-" the young criminal was cut short by me, "Stop it, you know that that is something that will never ever happen. Just thinking about it makes my skin crawl." I told him as I looked at him sharply.

"Ouch! I didn't expect that you'd be this heartless." Stein said while shaking his head, seryoso ba siya? Did he really think na papatulan ko siya? I rolled my eyes for the third time. The moment was the longest part of my life. How I wish na matapos na ito agad.

When the song ended agad akong lumayo sa kanya. Agad ring lumapit sakin sila Alistair at Jamie at tinanong kung okay lang ako. I smiled at them as a response.

The program went on, may auction, presentations, and other activities na ginagawa sa prom. Nagulat ako ng may ilang nag-aya kung pwede ba nila akong maisayaw, ganon din kila Alistair at Jamie. Gusto ko mang tumanggi ay umoo nalang ako. Nakakahiya naman kasi kung tatanggihan namin sila baka ano pang sabihin nila na pwedeng ikasira ng image namin at ng execom.

Hanggang ngayon missing pa din si Loki. He didn't even replied to our messages tanging like lang ang kanyang reply, umuwi na kaya yun?

As the night went on I started to feel exhausted and my feet were already sore. Hindi sa nagmamayabang pero maraming nag-aya sa aking sumayaw. Same for Jamie and Alistair na ngayo'y nasa mobile bar nagpapahinga, halatang pagod na sila but they still managed to smile.
