kennedy was forced out of daydreaming when maeve busted into the room fuming kennedy was confused maeve started yelling kennedy im sorry im so sorry but you can't just walk around like a zombie now kennedy was even more confused then she was 2 seconds ago so she stood up and asked  maeve what the hell she was talking about maeve said quietly this time last night with the girl isn't that why your acting up today kennedy shook her head and said i'll tell you after this case maeve nodded okay and they sat down to finish looking thru the evidence when kennedy asked so why are you here and everyone else isn't maeve blushed and said that james sent her back to look at evidence because you might help kennedy just said okay and went back to looking then she shouted what's the little girls name that just got killed wasn't it marcy jones meave said yea why because she was in classes with another victim named kaelynn smith what was teacher's name umm Candace Waterson let's call sophia maeve called sophia she answered hey gorgeous maeve chuckled and said hey sophia could you do me a favor sophia said if your not asking me to set up a date between you and kennedy i'm not doing it maeve and kennedy looked at each other silent then kennedy said no sophia i would like that but no that's not what were calling about can you look up a candace waterson sophia said gotcha she is a teacher she had a case of sexual assault against a minor at a school she used to work at maeve asked how old was the kid sophia said it was a 11 year old boy so what happened with the case kennedy asked sophia said the family of the little boy dropped the case because it was to much for him so she had to start teaching at school westcot elementary kennedy asked what was the little boy's name then sophia asked why did she change her victimology maeve asked what if she couldn't teach classes with boys anymore so she had to teach an all girls class kennedy said all we have to do is go see her so they hung up from Sophia texted the rest of the team to meet them at the school Kennedy hopped in the driver seat and turned on the radio and the song I wanna be your girlfriend played and Maeve looked over at Kennedy and Kennedy didn't look over at her because she didn't want to start any thing with her while on a case after about 10 minutes in silence they finally got to the school when they entered the school they talked to the front office to talk to Candace they let them through they walked to her class and asked her to answer Caine questions she obliged so Maeve asked her questions while kennedy went into the classroom to ask the children did the teacher ever touch them inapprotally but she heard groans from outside and she knows the maeve is not a fighter so she ran outside to see maeve with a bloddy nose and candance running out the building kennedy tried to catch up with her but wanted to make sure that maeve was okay so she let her go .

maeve pov

OMGGGGGGGGGG i was screaming in my head she finally did it again i pulled back kennedy had kissed me her soft lips were against mine for the second time i loved when she kissed me it was like heaven i liked how she wasn't to controlling with her kiss but it still dominated mine and i liked that HELLO maeve was all i heard that broke me out my shock kennedy was looking scared and was waving her hand in my face i looked over at her and she asked me if i was okay i nodded she sighed so i said hey kennedy and when she looked over at me i kissed her deeply this time it felt like love in a kiss like it was electrical it made my heart soar and my insides warm i was about to deepen the kiss even more when her phone rang it was the team asking if we were almost done she tied to conceal her breathlessness but she really couldn't she told the team that we were on our way i blurted out kennedy could you tell what was wrong with you earlier if it wasn't because of me last night.

kennedy's pov

when i pulled away to answer my phone i was curing james out in my head because i was really getting into the kiss it made me happy and alive it made for a split second forget about everything going on in my life when i hung up the phone after telling the team we were on our way while trying to hide that i was breathless which didn't work but we were just sitting there in silence but it was comfortable silence until she spoke up and asked me about what was wrong with me earlier and i wanted to tell her i really did because i wanted to gt it off my chest but i was trying to do without crying after like 5 minutes she said nevermind you don't have to tell me i said no wait umm its about my mom emily she umm she's in a coma in the hospital and after this case i was going to go see her i got the text from my mom last night and i didnt want to ruin the night so i didn't leave but i cried all thru the night she spoke very softly and said you could have called me i would have been over i sighed and said it seem you were mad at me so i wanted to give you space if that's what you wanted but i mean we hang tonight ya know just sit and read with hot chocolate or you could read me your favorite book because i love your voice but i love it more when your concentrated on reading a book but that's up to you james called again and asked if we arrested candance for a proper questioning and i told him no she got away he got angry and shouted you couldn't have said that earlier how could you forget something like that in my mind i was saying the kiss but what i said was i was checking on maeve she punched her in the nose im about to take her to the hospital it's not bad but i just wanna make sure she is okay james calmed down and said okay you take care of her we got can she might be the unsub but we don't know because why would she run away but that makes her suspect
