Our story continues after Class 1-A played, what they thought to be an innocent and joyful song, but ended up to be a more sickening song, hitting them with the reality of life, the fact they seemed to be too joyful and at peace when one they didn't notice that one of their friend were taking the pressure of the whole world on his tiny shoulders. Something a student in his teen age years shouldn't have to experience, something no one should really experience.
After discovering the message, song and the life Midoriya was facing behind the backs of his so called 'friends', teachers and his idol, someone who everyone believed Midoriya would look up to and tell everything to also were as clueless as them when they all heard about the song.
Right when the song ended, there was a small pause and was lost in their train of thoughts, worrying what's happening to Midoriya right now, why they haven't noticed, many things were going on in their heads, while the feeling of guilt and fear were starting to rise from their hearts and being expressed onto their faces. Even the 1st year hothead had a mixed feeling of fear, guilt and desperation to help save the 'shitty nerd' from whatever thing he was about to do to himself. The class pervert also seemed to calm down somewhat, everyone was worried, but one girl especially seemed to have a far greater amount of guilt being expressed on her face. Emanating a guilty like aura around her, creating an atmosphere in the common room to feel both uncomfortable and thick, making everyone wanting to escape from this unbearable situation as they all desperately hoped to bring back their peaceful morning they had just a few minutes ago, before the song started, before the message started, before.... their guilt took the better of them.
No One's POV:
Right after Nezu tried to get everyone mind back to reality, wanting to quickly get everyones mind away from thinking too much or worrying too much about Midoriya, which could later on affect them in their studies, work or worse, causing them to also harm themselves, not knowing who were also suffering like Midoriya themselves. Not wanting anyone to get any motivation or inspiration from what the green hair boy just expressed, knowing full-well how close and inspired everyone is towards Midoriya, he intended to try his best to bring everyone back and get them back on track. Knowing if he didn't..... he really didn't want to think what's the worse that could happen to all of them....
After getting everyone's attention, Nezu began explaining his plan to everyone present, stating how he intends for everyone here to keep this a secret and they'll act immediately, knowing how dire their situation really is.
After around 10 minutes of explaining his plan and a few arguments between Nezu himself with a few teachers, stating whether it's a reasonable action to take, after learning of what Midoriya had to go through, while the students just kept quiet. It may have been the first time when both Classes, 1 A and B, finally agreed to help each other and putting their rivalry aside.
In the end, Nezu had formed 7 different teams:
Team 1: Reconnaissance team ( Hound Dog: Iida, Tsu, Mina, Sero )
Team 2: Surveillance team ( Ecoplasam: All of Class 1-B except for Kendo, Kouda, Shouji, Jirou )
Team 3: Backup Defense team ( Snipe with Cementos: Sato, Mineta, Aoyama )
Team 4: Outer Defense team ( Present Mic: Kaminari, Todoroki, Bakugo )
Team 5: Close Quarter Defense team ( Vlad King with Power Loader: Tokoyami, Ojiro, Toru )
Team 6: Strike Team ( Aizawa with All Might: Mirio, Tamaki)
Team 7: Extraction Team ( Midnight: Ochako, Momo, Nejire)
