It's been a month since everything happened with Brandon and I. We have been absolutely perfect after it all happened. Chloe trying to break us up was a complete fail. She didn't succeed in that at all.

"Hey, Natalie," Stella says to me. She is a girl in some of my classes. I don't talk to her much, but she's super nice. Sometimes I feel like I need to be friends with her since I no longer have Chloe.

"Hi, Stella. How are you?"

"I'm good," she says. "How are you? Are you okay with everything that's happening?"

"What do you mean?" I ask as I take a bite of my apple. I really don't know what she's talking about. I've just been eating my food.

"About Brandon and Chloe," she says.

"What about that?" I ask.

"Oh my," she says. "You haven't heard? I'm so sorry. Just ignore me. You don't know anything."

"Stella, you better tell me what's happening."

"Brandon and Chloe have been studying a lot together," she says. "Chloe told me that they kissed last night."

"Studying?" I ask. "Kissing?"

"Well it's more of a project," she says. "They were paired together for it and they have been working on it together. I thought Brandon would have told you that."

"He didn't," I say.

"Well Chloe could be lying about the kiss," she says. "I know how she is."

"Yea," I say. "I have to go."

I stand up from the table and I walk out of the cafeteria. I walk down the hallways and I go to my locker.

I don't understand why he didn't tell me about their project. It's obviously not his problem that they had a project together, but he could have told me.

Brandon and I never keep secrets from each other and him doing that really hurts. I don't know why he couldn't just be honest about it. I wouldn't care. He can't help it at all.

"Hey, baby," I hear behind me.

I close my locker and I turn around. I really don't know if I should be mad at him or not. Who knows? He might have even kissed the bitch. Maybe Stella is right about that part.

"How is the project going?" I ask.

He sighs, "Who told you?"

I bite my lip and I shake my head lightly, "That doesn't matter. I guess I just don't understand why you couldn't tell me. Why would you keep that from me?"

"I knew you would be mad," he says. "You hate her and she hates you. I didn't want you to hate me."

"Why would I hate you for that, Brandon?" Calling him that was weird. I don't ever call him Brandon. I always call him B or baby.

"Because I thought you wouldn't trust me and I just thought you would be pissed."

"I'm pissed that you hid it from me," I say. "I'm sure you've been meeting up with her?"

"Yea," he nods his head slowly.

"At her house?" I ask.

He nods his head again.

I roll my eyes, "So all those nights that you said you were going to the library with the boys, you were actually at Chloe's?"

"Yes, but I promise it was only because of this stupid ass project we have together," he says.
