A few ground rules.
- Anything goes
- No character submission limit, for now, at least.
- Creativity is key, although I will accept any OC, the more detailed and creative your character is, the higher the chance your character will get a spotlight. I'm still a very biased person though, if I like your character, even if it's not creative or detailed, they will get spotlight.
- Age doesn't really matter here, but it would be helpful if they were older than 16. I will allow exceptions.
- Submitting a character is very easy. Leave a comment (or multiple), create a chapter and tag me or you could even send it over private message. I'm completely fine with almost any method of submission.
- I may be signing my own death note but I'll accept any character.
