There's absolutely no reason to be nervous. Just meeting new people, that's all.

Haru stood rooted to the ground. The eagerness she felt on her way there had been replaced by a rising feeling of unwellness in her stomach. She gawked at the white apartment gate as her heart beat pounds it's own quickening rhythm. Her fingers held its place by the doorbell while a small part of her insisted she turn around. Her pondering dilemma got interrupted when a quibble fuss broke out.

"Get your filthy feet off the table! Ya Haechan, I'm sure as hell the sofa pillow doesn't go on the kitchen counter! She's gonna be here any minute."

"Chill out Doyoung hyung, you're probably a bigger nit-picker than her." The lad grumbled teasingly.

Haru let out a faint laugh, earning a smidge of confidence. Atlas, she took a steady breath and ringed the door bell.

A pall falls over the once rowdy apartment. For a hot minute, all that could be heard was pin drop silence.

Suddenly, the front door swung open, revealing 8 insanely gorgeous men towering over one another. Each of them had uniquely flawless features paired with outstanding body proportions. God, where did he find such beautiful friends?

"Hello Haru!" The choir of exuberant men greeted her simultaneously, almost forming a harmony. Their eyes lit up upon seeing her. Haru, on the other hand, was paralysed as her thoughts became incoherent.

"Look, you monsters petrified her." The gentleman wearing the blue apron (Doyoung, by assumption from the friendly bicker earlier) ushered the rest of the boys back into the apartment. He must have noticed that Haru was bemused and acted quick, saving her from a mental outburst. He flashed a sincere smile, before welcoming Haru into their home.

She took careful steps as she accessed the dorm. She was first greeted by the minimalist interior of the spacious living room. Mostly white, nothing out of the ordinary. Scanning the place, she discovers characteristics of the house. Dumbbells laid under the coffee table, a whole closet of their compiled shoes. A man's cave indeed.

And finally, her eyes met his as he emerged from the cluster. Even amongst these fine looking men, he had the appearance of soulfire sparking against the ice.

His expression was always calm and gentle. Her stiff shoulders dropped as she released her lower lip between her teeth. Her anxiousness now completely replaced by tranquility. Seeing him again felt like coming home after a long absence.

"Hi." He whispered, a tint of blush forming on his cheeks.

"Hi." She responded shyly, a small unknowing smile forming on her lips.

"I would have greeted you but these guys didn't make space. They were too thrilled to see you."

"I'm just glad I made it out of there alive." Haru admitted sheepishly, earning a chuckle from him that revealed his elusive dimples. The battle of nerves was worth being able rejoice to this lovely sight again.
