I walked down the stairs shaking really, REALLY bad, I felt like I could melt rigt there and than. I walked into the kitchen were my dad was sitting at the table and my mom was washing dishes. Basic American family, right? well I was about to mess it all up.

"Yes" my mother said trying to be reassuring my dad just nodded, still looking angry. "Iamgay" I said quickly, feeling reliefed I had got that out but I then realized my dad looked pissed as ever.
