"How did you know it was me?" Xue Chenmei asked, he(XCM) is Xue Yang's look-alike. They met a 16 years ago when Lan Zhan and the rest was 15 years old. "That doesn't matter, but do tell me why are pretending to be him?"
"I won't be welcomed if I appeared in my usual attire, now would I?" he told him, "Anyways, I need you to repair the Stygian Tiger Amulet." He held out the pouch with the pieces of the Stygian Tiger Amulet. "I can't. I don't know how?" Wei Ying told him with an unbothered tone.
"Stop lying! You are the one who created it." Chenmei told him with gritted teeth. "Now now, no need to shout. Also haven't you heard I died and I don't remember many things you know." He said, 'Technically I didn't lie, just woven a lie into the truth.' He thought and smirked.
"You-! I don't care, just fix this thing." He unsheathes his sword and pointed it at him. Wei Ying dodged the sword and on the same time Lan Zhan entered the fight.
"Lan Zhan..." Wei Ying whispered, lately he just keeps whispering his name. "Go you're not needed here." Lan Zhan told him, while fighting Chenmei. He sighed and walked out of there.
He decided to search for the juniors cause he couldn't see them. He heard the sound of metals clashing from a distance. He followed the sound and saw Wen Ning fighting...the juniors?
He could see Wen Ning being careful though. "What's going on here?!" he asked them, Wen Ning froze. "Ying-Gongzi..." Wen Ning squeaked, the juniors were confused and surprised. Isn't this the ghost general? Why is he afraid of Senior Ying? All of them thought.
"Uhm, they wanted to train..." Wen Ning whispered fearfully, Wei Ying lifted his one eyebrow. "Now?" He(WN) nodded, Sizhui wanted to help so he told him, "We're sorry Senior Ying, we don't have a good excuse to why we just fought other than to see how strong he is."
Wei Ying wanted to snicker but instead replied in a strict tone, "You can do that later, but you still won't experience his full strength. Now let's hide for now and rest now. You could've attracted puppets."
He entered the shed that was there, the juniors following him like little ducklings following their mama ducklings. Wen Ning who saw this smiled.
