It's already 10'oclock on the afternoon when I woke up,We had a talk last night and honestly I feel relieved,talking to him satisfies me the most.
I let him sleep next to my room, which happens to be the guest room but I can almost call it Vienna's room.I wanted to take a look at him that's why I did.
The usual set-up of the room still the same, I saw Judiel sleeping peacefully, How can he look so handsome even when he's sleeping?
I stare at him once,his brows became more thicker so as his lashes. I don't want to wake him up yet, I want him to rest for a day.
I caressed his hair before leaving, the next thing I knew is he's already awake.
"Morning" he's voice is husky and deep.
"Did I woke you up?"I'm not sure if I'm the reason why he woke up.
"Hindi"tanging tugon nya lang sakin,tumango na lamang ako sa winika nya.
"You can still sleep for maybe a half hour?Gigisingin nalang kita pag luto na yung pagkain"I declared.I'm planning to make breakfast for today but since I didn't wake up in time, it's gonna be a rush.
"I'll help you out..." Judiel said while stretching up a bit.
"You're the guest here,you should just sit back and relax,I can handle it Jude,trust me" I confidently explained and give him a assuring smile.
"Can I use the bathroom?" he asked,on the other hand he's folding the blanket and arranging the pillow on it's original form,I'll let him do that.
"Sure,diretso ka lang tas kumaliwa ka" I gave him an instruction.
After that interaction,we ate breakfast together and finally preparing for our real 'date'.
"I washed your clothes last night,you may use it na..."I suggested,plano nya pa sanang umuwi para magpalit ng damit,thank God nalaban ko na at natuyo din agad yung damit nya.
"Thanks..." he smirked.
"By the way,'wag mo na daw pala ibalik kay Yari yung damit..."I said without looking in his eyes.
"You mean Hillary Fecara?" paglilinaw nya.
Oh.I forgot to mentioned that he's living next to me,Hillary is our batchmate when we're on highschool.They're not so close but I guess they are somehow friends.
"Yup,he moved here almost year ago" I explained.
"I bet he really likes you..."he out of the blue said.
"Huh?"my brows arched in confusion.
"Manhid..."Jude teased me.
"I am not!" I mouthed.
"I think he would make a move,if we aren't together that time"si Judiel.
Well,Hillary is a good friend of mine, we're not that close but I can consider him as a friend.He didn't confess on me, so why does Judiel think Yari likes me?
"Are you jealous?" I joked.
He just glare at me and looked away immediately.
"What if he likes you on our highschool days,would you like him too?"he questioned.
"No,I like you that time..."I confidently said.
"Dummy,I mean what if he confessed first before me,would you reciprocate his feelings?"Judiel asked.
"I guess so..."I simply answered his question,Hillary has that looks and he's also nice,Who am I not to like him back?
"Are you going to work today?" tanong ko at umiling din naman agad sya.
"We're do you want to eat?" now he's talking about our 'date'.
"Streets food in QC..."I suggested." If it's okay with you of course..."I added,asking for his permission.
It's been a while since I last ate some streetfoods plus we used to hangout there after school before.
"Missing our hangouts huh?" he smiled playfully,I can't help but to smile also.
"I'll drive..." I volunteered.
"No Lyxcee Leigh"si Judiel,well I got my license na rin naman,I learned driving after college.
"Commute nalang tayo!" I suggested again with a cheerful and full or energy voice.
"Such a hardheaded girl" he teased.
"Excuse me,I'm a grown woman now!"I defended.
"Okay then my lady"aniya.
While commuting at the Jeep, someone's creeping and sticking his eyes on me, I forgot that I was wearing a revealing outfit, I'm wearing a black spaghetti strap that matches my highwaist maong shorts.
I think Judiel noticed the man between 50's age,he immediately touches the side part of my leg and waying it on his toes, it's like he's owning every part of it.
Nilapit nya ang mukha nya sakin at bumulong sa tenga ko.
"I hate what you are wearing Lyxcee but if that's what makes my baby happy,I'm willing to give a punch to their faces"he warned,he sounded like a boss.
Sinandal nya ang ulo nyo sakin at pumikit, he's so close to me,I can smell his scent but Is he dizzy or something?
"Nahihilo ka ba?" I questioned in a soft voice, it was almost a whisper.
He didn't response,I'll take that answer as a no.I feel bad about forcing and suggesting him to commute, he's sweating plus the temperature today is extremely hot.
"Para po!" I shouted,the jeep stops and Judiel's the first one to step out.
He offered his hand and I accepted it.We walked not that far to reached the street we are pertaining.
The place didn't changed at all,it feels so nostalgic seeing this again after ages.He's still holding my hand.
We stopped when we sight a familiar cart.
"Is he really manong kanor?"he asked.Manong kanor is the vendor of the kwek-kweks and other streetfoods back when we're on highschool.
"Abay kayo na ba yan Judiel at Leigh?!" he's shock with an excitement in his voice.I'm happy he still remember us.
"Opo,Kamusta na kayo?" tanong ni Judiel.
"Ayos lang,medyo humihina na ang kita dahil madami naring pumwepwesto rito sa kanto na ito,kayo ba?"pangangamusta nya sa amin.
"We're both graduate and working now po"sagot ko naman.
"Tadhana nga naman,kayo parin ba?" ngumiti ang matanda na parang nanunukso.
I immediately looked away.
"Parang ganon na nga po" Judiel mouthed.
Together without label huh?
"Masaya akong makita kayo muli dito"ani ng matanda.
We ordered kwek-kwek and some fishballs and kikiams and of course some of buko juice.
Like the place, it's still taste the same.I looked at Judiel while eating his streetfoods and I remember the sight where he ate the same streetfoods wearing uniform,the only difference now is he's now more successful and a matured man,I guess.
It's still the same, everything remains even my feelings but I'm grateful, grateful to see this sight again with the man I loved the most.
