A/n: Angry Y/n

No One's Pov:

Y/n found little sleep that night and was in zombie mode until Katie's class, as soon as she met the green eyes of the professor her zombie-like trance lifted and she became upset. She managed to suppress it until the final bell, once the last student left Y/n stood and marched over to Katie's desk; of course, Katie greeted her with a smile.

Ka: "Hey Y/n, did you have a question about today's lesson?" Katie asked politely but Y/n wasn't exchanging any pleasantries

Y/n:" Did you tell my sister I was failing your class!" Y/n shouted, Katie quickly rushed to her open classroom door and shut it to stop any wondering eye, then turned back to the girl.

Ka:" Yes I did" Y/n looked to her distraught and began to pace, Katie reached out wavering hands as an attempt to stop her but Y/n still paced.

Ka: "She wouldn't stop asking me about you at our lunch what was i suppose to do?"

Y/n: "Um I don't know how about not exposing my academic struggles to my older sister!"

Ka: "Y/n"

Y/n: " oh and thanks to you, now my sister thinks I'm a failure and purposely doing this to fuck her and our mom over like I even have a choice in the matter. And the cherry on top of this bullshit pie is I'm going to fail and get kicked out of college!"

Ka:" Y/n" Katie said and grabbed onto Y/n's shoulders softly actively ceasing her movement, Katie held onto Y/n for a moment letting her calm.

Ka: "Can I speak now?" Katie asked, Y/n didn't speak only nodded; with a sigh, Katie let go of Y/n's shoulders and sat on the edge of her desk, and crossed her arms.

Ka: "I know how hard it is trust me I've through it too, and it doesn't help the fact that your old professor was terrible, a professor is supposed to teach the subject not rant about arbitrary things," she said with a hearty laugh, Y/n laughed smally back.

Ka: "Okay, unlike him I actually like to teach and I don't give up on my students" she looked over to Y/n with a knowing look.

Y/n:" I don't want to fail Ms.Mcgrath"y/n said Katie raised an eyebrow playfully and walked over to her bag where she pulled out a piece or paper and wrote something down quickly and folded it, she walked back know over to Y/n and handed it too her. Y/n looked at her curiously before unfolding the paper to reveal a phone number.

Y/n:" What's this?" Y/n asked cluelessly

Ka:" it's my cell, I figure you didn't want to constantly reach me through your sister" y/n scoffed

Ka:" this way we can plan privatly study sessions"

Y/n:" Study sessions? You're going to tutor me?"

Ka:" yes, you are a bright girl and I would hate to see a brilliant mind suffer. With my help we can get you on the right path, unless you don't want me to tutor you which is fine I have a bunch of other people I could recommend"

Katie said politely but she had a sad look in her eye as if she wanted to be the one. Y/n quickly pulled out her phone and typed in the number.

Y/n:"There, so when so we start Ms. Mcgrath?"

Ka:" tomorrow after your classes,we need to sit down and make an outline to better identify what area you are struggling most with" y/n nodded

Y/n:" okay" she said cheerfully, the women smiled at y/n.

Ka:" Alright see you tomorrow then" y/n nodded but before she left she quickly ran over to Katie and gave her a hug.

Y/n:" Thank you Ms. Mcgrath, and um sorry I yelled at you" Katie found herself smiling once more. Y/n quickly let go and dashed out the door and Katie could have sworn she saw Y/n blush.
