Thank you so much Danny_humble for taking out of your very precious time to make a cover for Swapped! The cover he made is right there in the media.

She surprises me again and again, everytime she does the littlest things as smile or just something random and un-Adamma-like.

"I'm so confused." Dominic says from beside me. I nod at his thoughtful expression as we watch Adamma actually dance. How is she dancing? How does she look so carefree and happy?

"Same here." I reply.

"Did she hit her head or something? Why is she suddenly nice?" He asks like it's the most impossible thing to think of. Well, it kind of is. As at two days ago, I would've sworn that Adamma was void of emotions but there she is, laughing and making jokes with Zara.

I mean Zara

I remember last two weeks or so, when the same Zara was organizing her sixteenth birthday party and was handing out invitation cards. She gave me some to help her share. I got to Adamma and when I offered her a card, she looked at me like I was handing her a dead rat.

"What's that?" She asked.

"Zara's birthday party is coming up. She's inviting you to–" I started to reply but she interrupted me.

"What's a Zara? Who's Zara? I'm not going." She said and sauntered off. Just like that.

"Whatever. It doesn't matter. She's still a bitch and you're still going through with the dare." Dominic says, bringing me back to the present. His words, which are filled with the familiar spite he has everytime he's talking about Adamma, reminds me of the silly dare I had made some time last week.

"She thinks she's such a big deal." Bernard, one of my classmates had said, sounding pained.

I scoffed. "So you're badmouthing her 'cos she turned you down?" I taunted.

We were having lunch at our usual table; Dominic, Zara, Rachel a.k.a. Red-hair and I, when Bernard joined us looking extremely pissed.

He said he had asked Adamma to be his date to the Valentine's day dance and she turned him down immediately, without a single thought. She even insulted him on top of it.

"It's not because of that. I'm just stating facts." He replied defensively and Dominic as usual agreed with him. He also got turned down by Adamma at one point so I guess he'd disliked or rather hated her guts since then.

"Which stupid fact? You're both just pained cos she turned you down. Accept it. It's not her fault two of you couldn't get her to like you." I said with a shrug.

"What are you saying guy? Is it nau you that can get her to like you?" Dominic said and I laughed.

"I can actually. Just 'cos you couldn't doesn't mean I can't."

"Can we change the topic? We've been talking about Adamma for too long now." Zara said and rolled her eyes when she got ignored.

"Then ask her to be your girlfriend. Let's see if she accepts." Bernard teased with a smile.

"Idiot, she will." I said to him.

"She won't."

"And if she does? What will I get?"
