I woke blinding light shining in my eyes again with my mother pulling back the blinds with me half asleep in my bed . I ask myself the same question evety morning at this time (how does she get in my room anyway?) but im still half dreaming. "Shanes outside ready and waiting "she says in hush tones
I shake my head to indicate i haven't got a clue what she's going on about and sink my head back into my pillow.
"Hes got somthing to tell you " she whispers in my ear
" like what ? " i answer
" i dont think you'll be to pleased"
I dont get an answer off her but i find myself sighing . Ill have to go find out.
Im getting quite worried in what im going to hear from shane as according to my mother i wont take it well . Shane desperately spews words right at me as soon as i leave the hut .
"Im sorry Blair i cant go fishing today "forcing himself to slowdown the further in he gets .
Why does this involve me ? Why do i care ? I dont even like fish .
" why you telling me ? Have you told the boys ?"bombarding him with my questions he nods his head in confusion.
"Well you wont have to watch me today . And yes"

" howcome your not fishing? " i question releaved at not having to watch him .another day free for just me .
"Ive got somthing to tend to " he mumbles and shys his face away from mine . I cant help but feel im not being told somthing . Shane walks away turning every so often as if to make sure im not following him and dissapears into the jungle towards the centre.
My brain ticked with the thought of what shane was up to . I was involved in everything in his life more or less but theese past couple if days im blind to everything . Ill find out . Its not in my nauture not to .
