Alone island

Chapter 3

It started to get dark fast and it seemed to me that everyone on the island was disappearing into thin air.no one was in sight except from a odd amount of people who came to check on me one of them included my mother. Offering a stroll down the beach with her that i wasnt intrested in accepting but it seemed like a good idea to find out where everyone else had gone.
"Ill go " I accepted
"Good .we can have a good catch up"
I realise that she had noticed the lack of talking we did like i had but it had never really bothered me unlike it seems to had botherd her.
The walk down the beach went fast because it made it quick . Until she decides to perch herself at the edge of the sand dipping her feet into the sea .
"Care to join"im asked
theres nothing else to do since everyone's vanished so why not .
"Ok "
It was peaceful watching the sun set into the ocean for over an hour . Not even the seagulls were here to nag us for food.
"Why dont we do this more often? "She strokes the braid in my hair and smiles
it takes me a while to think. Why havent we done this often enough i adk myself. Oh yeah beacause your always with the chief setting new rules that restrict me . I tourment myself and it nearly slips out and to stop that i have to grab my lips shut .
Instead i say"do you want to?"
She answers almost immediately "Blair of i do..havent you noticed weve been apart for some time?"
I have noticed . Its all ive noticed.but i show that i havent .
"No i think were ok" i add
"Well were not" she snaps hoping that i would of noticed
The flame of fury is trying to get out of me. Im just hoping she wont set it alight.
"Blair?"
But i calm down finally and let out a breath of relaxation.she can tell im trying to calm down so we dont speak for a while . Until it starts to get silent.
Suddenly voices of yelling and urgency came from around the corner of the beach . Was this were everyone was ?my mothers eyes lit up i guess she can hwar that too.
"Whats that?"i ask
The yells increase in volume it starts to become irresistible to ignore.
"Stay here !" She yells and runs towards the yelling
"Wait !mom!!"if it was dangerous i wasn't going to let her go by herself so i chase after her stumbling on the odd dip of sand but regaining my feet.
We reach the point of yelling where a ship floats in the shore . Sticks on fire planted in the ground light me through the darkness to my mom.
"Blair". Someone shouts
Shane geabs my shoulder and turns me round.im so confused .
"What the hells going on?"
