Thoughts (Part 2)

Ansem's P.O.V
 "Please take me home Ansem.." I turned and looked at Riku, he was looking at the floor which is unusual. Father always taught us to stand proud, even when we were upset. I hesitated but I put my hand on Riku's head "Alright." Seifer must have broken Riku's wall a bit because he never, and I mean never show's his emotions. Which isn't good for a 13 year old. Some of this might be my fault. I know Riku gets yelled at a lot at home, yet I don't do anything about it. "I'll be back later. I'm going to take Riku home." Zack smiled "It was nice to meet you Riku!" Riku waved a bit then he walked out of the door. Seifer snickered "He's easy to mess with. Why are you so good to him Ansem?" I rolled my eyes "He's my brother. I should be nice to him. Plus he already has a tough time at home. Why do I have to make it worse?" Seifer's cheeks puffed out in anger. I waved to Zack and walked out the door, Riku was in the car with his head on the window. I could see tears running down his face. My heart broke into pieces, I always hated seeing Riku like this. 

"Riku?" I said after getting into the car. He remained silent "Look, I'm sorry about Seifer. He's like that with everybody until you get to know him." He sighed softly "I believe you." He glanced at me and I could see a smile playing at the corners of his mouth. "Can you drop me off at Sora's house? I wanna talk to him." I nodded and put the car in drive "Riku, I'm sorry." He looked at me "For what? You didn't do anything.." I sighed "I did. I left you with Mom and Dad without telling you where I was going. I know Mom and Dad yelled at you for everything. To be honest.." I paused unsure of how he was going to react to what I was going to say "Okay Riku, I don't want you to be angry, but I basically put all the blame on you for everything. I don't know why I did it. That's why I never got yelled at." I glanced at him and I saw it. A look of pure anger, I'm scared. I've never seen Riku so angry. "YOU WHAT?!" I almost swerved because of how loud he screamed.

"Riku, Look. I wanted you to be the responsible one. This was the only way. Plus I was a kid. What was I supposed to do?" Riku fell silent but I could tell he was seething in anger "Riku.." He turned away from me. "Could you tell me where your friend lives?" He nodded "He lives on 14 Fantasy Drive." I nodded slowly. Our car ride was silent, when we got there Riku rushed out of the car without a goodbye. "Bye Riku!" I yelled after him. He didn't turn and wave he just continued walking down the long driveway.

Riku's P.O.V
I knew there was a reason he never got yelled at! I basically stomped towards Sora's house. I came here before, The crew and I came over here in search for Sora. Sora told us his address on the 3rd day of school. I mean that was like two days ago. Cloud told us we could come back any time we wanted. I finally made it to the door when I realized I had tears streaming down my face 'Crap!' I wiped the remains of my tears then I knocked. Leon came to the door "Oh, hey Riku. Are you here to see Sora?" I nodded then I heard Sora yell from a different room "I don't want to see anyone right now." I sighed and Leon frowned "Sora! Riku came here to see you. Be nice and welcome him." I looked at the ground "It's okay Leon. I should really go home." I turned "Riku, do you need to talk about something? You look like you do." I shook my head "I'm fine." I started walking down the long driveway again. It was a good while before I got to my house, Terra's was on the way. And at this time, which was about 3:45 somehow, the crew should be over. I took the multiple turns until I got to his house. 

I knocked on the door and Xion answered it "Riku! Woah, are you okay?" I nodded and her face turned into concern "Are you sure? You're crying.." I touched my face and sure enough. "You know, I should leave.." Xion sighed and pulled me inside. Terra and Xemnas were playing on his XBOX. "Guys, Look who decided to show." They turned and looked at us "Riku!" I waved awkwardly then Xion made me sit on the couch "Now whats wrong. You never show up on Terra's doorstep crying." The other two immediately looked at me "What's wrong Riku? You can talk to us you know." I sighed "Fine. Ansem picked me up from school, someone bullied me while my brother was around, Ansem told me a bunch of secrets he kept from me, I tried to visit Sora but he turned me away. Happy?" The others blinked in surprise after my sudden outburst. "I should really be going." I said getting up. Xion grabbed my arm "You shouldn't always run away from your problems." I sighed "My parents are going to be angry that Ansem picked me up. I also skipped school." Xion let me go and I walked out of the front door. Basically I got yelled at when I got home. Nothing new. 

Ven's P.O.V 
Leon was so angry after Riku got turned away by Sora. He still hasn't spoken which is scaring the rest of us in the house. Cloud, Aerith, and Yuffie are at the hospital. Zack went to his friends house. Sora is upset because of Vani, he's been ignoring his friends but something tells me that this particular turn away was Leon's breaking point. It was dinner time, Zack was back and everyone was sitting in silence until Leon cleared his throat "So, Riku came over today Sora." Sora nodded "I know." Leon shifted in his seat then he looked directly at Sora "He was crying. And even though I don't know how Riku acts exactly I know that he is a very closed off person." Sora's eyes widened then he looked at the table. Leon sighed "You should talk to him tomorrow. Like it or not." Roxas and I looked at each other 'Do you think something is going on with Riku at home?' Roxas signed, 'I dunno, maybe. We sh..' I was cut off when Leon cleared his throat again "Boys, no signing at the table." I nodded "Sorry Leon."  Roxas and I said at the same time. Cid sighed "Let the boys finish. It could've been an important matter." Leon shook his head "You're not helping Cid." 

Sora got up from the table and left the room, the room got silent as we watched him leave. Roxas got up and went after him. I stayed in my seat, I know Roxas and Sora are closer than me and..Vani. Leon picked up their dishes and went into the kitchen, one by one everyone left. I sat at the table thinking about Vani. My life isn't complete without him. To know I could lose him any day..hurts. Cloud, Aerith, and Yuffie walked into the kitchen which was right next to the dining room. Leon turned off the light a while ago, I guess thinking I wasn't in here. Yuffie turned on the light "Ah!" Cloud and Aerith rushed in "Oh, Ven it's just you. You startled me." I smiled faintly "Sorry Yuffie. I was thinking." Cloud sighed "Ven, it's 1 am. You should be in bed." I nodded, Clouds eyebrows furrowed in worry "Are you okay? You're not usually up this late." I sighed "I was just thinking about Vani.." Cloud sighed "He's going to be out soon. As long as we never give up on him he'll be here in no time at all." I smiled "Thanks Cloud." 

I got up from the table and left down the hall, I opened my door but before I could go into my room a hand touched my shoulder and I jumped "It's okay, it's just me." I turned to see Aerith "We got results for Vanitas. He's doing completely fine. They don't know what's wrong with him." I nodded "Thanks Aerith." She smiled and continued walking down the hall. I sighed and walked into my room. It was full of things Cloud, Sephiroth, and Zack got us. I laid down in bed but then decided to check on Sora and Roxas. I crept towards the door then opened it, they were both fast asleep. Roxas was cuddled up to Sora. I smiled and closed the door as quietly as I could then I walked back over to the bed. It was saddening to be in a bed alone. Although, I didn't really like sleeping with Vani because he moves around a lot unlike me and Roxas. Sora doesn't really move either but sometimes he tosses and turns. I miss Vani. He hasn't been away from us this long. I eventually fell into a restless sleep.

Hey guys! I know this probably wasn't that good. I had a random burst of creativity and I decided to use it on this. There will be at least two more parts to Thoughts then I'll move on.
