The next morning, the air in Oberoi Mansion was so tense that it could be cut with a sword. No one was talking to each other. No one made eye - contact with each other.

Rudra arrived at the breakfast table to see Tia scolding a staff member.

Tia: Yeh kya hain? I asked for fresh orange juice with two spoons of sugar and you got me boxed juice. Take it away aur fresh juice lekar aao. Aur saath mein 2 pieces toast bhi lana.

SM: Yes ma'am.

The SM goes away. Rudra scowled and muttered to himself.

Rudra: Is ghar ki sabse badi tension ko juice ki tension hain.

Tia heard him and slammed her hands on the table, getting up.

Tia: *angrily* What? Kya kaha tumne Rudra?

Rudra: Maine... kuch nahi...

Tia: Don't lie to me. I heard jo tumne kaha aur agar tum khud se yeh baat keh rahe ho then just say it on my face. I'm not a fool, mujhe dikh raha ghar mein kitni tension chal rahi hain likin unfortunately main tension kam karne ke liye kuch nahi kar sakti. And I think you're forgetting that I'm pregnant and agar main bimaar pad gayi toh tension increase hogi. So the least I can do is take care of my health and mujhe kuch cheezein khaana allowed nahi hain, one of them being processed juice. Aur agar mere breakfast na karne se sab theek ho jayega then I will not eat but aisa kuch nahi hone wala hain. So I'm really sorry agar main tumhare hisaab se "tension" hoon likin is waqt main kuch aur kar bhi nahi sakti and I hope you get that.

Their argument attracted Saumya, Pinky and Shivaay to the dining room.

Pinky went to Tia's side while Saumya went to Rudra. Shivaay stood in the middle.

Pinky: Oh my Mata Tia, kya hua? Early mornings mein kyoon chilla rahi hain aur woh bhi Rudra par? Kuch kaha tumhe?

Tia took a deep breath then looked at Rudra before looking looking towards Pinky.

Tia: *with a soft smile* Kuch nahi hua Pinky mom. It's just, you know, pregnancy hormones got the better of me aur maine thoda overreact kar diya. I... I'm sorry Rudra, I think I went a little overboard.

Rudra: Nahi, it's okay. Aur... I'm sorry too. Mujhe dhyaan rakhna chahiye tha.

Shivaay: Rudy kya hua? Tia, what happened? Are you okay?

Tia: I'm okay Shivaay baby, don't worry. *to staff member* Mera breakfast mere room mein bhijwa dena.

Tia goes to her room. Pinky shrugs her shoulders and goes behind Tia after taking her tea.

Shivaay: Rudy, tere aur Tia ke beech kya hua?

Rudra: Bhaiya, galti meri thi. Mujhe Tia ke baare mein woh nahi bolna chahiye tha jo maine bola.

Shivaay: Tu ne galti ki likin tujhe apni galti ka ehsaas hain aur tu ne sorry bhi bol diya, that's good. Baat zyada badi nahi bani, that's good, too.

Rudra gives Shivaay an acknowledging smile, which he reciprocates. Shivaay gets a call and he excuses himself to receive it. After Shivaay leave, Rudra softly says to Saumya...

Rudra: Kuch toh gadbad hain?

Saumya: Tia ke saath?

Rudra: Haan. Tumne notice kiya, usne na meri baat twist ki na mujhe blame kiya. In fact, blame apne sar le liya. Aur woh mujhe humesha ignore karti hain likin aaj toh bhadak hi gayi. Aur sabse important baat, woh mujhe Protein Shake nahi, Rudra keh rahi thi.

Saumya: That was strange. But usse strange pata hain kya tha?

Rudra: Kya?

Saumya: Jaise tumne situation ko handle kiya. Ekdum maturely, Tia ki situation aur feelings ko samjha, apni ego ko beech mein aane nahi diya. That was really nice of you.

Rudra: Main bahot intelligent toh nahi hoon likin logon ko samajhna seekh raha hoon.

Saumya: That's good in itself. And I hope, ek din, tum mujhe aur meri feelings ko bhi samaj jaaoge.

Rudra: Chahta hoon woh din jald hi aaye.

At the last sentence, both of them looked at each other and share an eye-lock for a moment, not realising that they said it out loud instead of saying it in their head. They looked away and continued to carry forward with their day. A slight hint of red crept up their cheeks as they recalled each other's words.
