   "A-ah, bakit kailangan nakasara yung pintuan?"

   Hanggang ngayon nakatitig pa rin ako sa pintuang sinara ni Johan. Nakangiti pa ang loko habang patalon-talon pabalik rito. Hindi ko mapigilang mapakagat ng ibabang labi sa pinaghalong kaba, takot, at nerbyos. Nerbyoso pa naman ako, baka bigla nalang akong mahimatay sa unang salita pa lang nila.

   Lord, please lang, bigyan niyo ako ng lakas! Lalaban ako sa gyera!

   Syempre naman, hindi magpapatalo ang mga gunggong na sina Travis at Stephen. They immediately returned an ugly glare at Leeviah, while the rest kept their paces steady settling neither on both sides. And op op! Ito na yung part kong magbida-bida bilang bangag na propesor nila! Bago pa humantong sa hindi kaaya-ayang pangyayari at ma-headline kami sa news sa pagkakaroon ng world war III, I can't let them play long enough with the aggression they harbor sweetly for each other. Baka mapasa pa sa akin yung pagiging agresibo nila, ako pa yung matigok sa huli! Hu, kawawa naman ako. Although it is a relief to know that amidst the obvious division among these certain students of my department, the rest of them are not taking any sides to hold onto—if I'm even seeing the picture correctly.

   Sa nakikita ko kasi at nakikita ko pa lang, ang may matinding alitan talaga ay ang grupo nina Leeviah at Travis. Ngunit hindi ko masasabing grupo sila Travis sa kadahilang dalawa lang sila ni Stephen. Si Leeviah talaga ang may kasamang grupo dahil kabilang sa kanya sina Johan at Amir.

   Napapikit ako. Kung laro-laro lang sana 'to, e! Kahit mag chinese-garter pa kami!

   I finally gathered the courage to start this prolonged conversation by heaving a long sigh, hopelessly hoping it would bring me more time. "Umupo muna kayong lahat. Hindi tayo magsisimula hangga't may natitira pang nakatayo sa inyo." nanliliit kasi ako sa katangkaran at kalakihan niyong lahat na nakatayo ngayon sa harapan ko. Dagdag ko sa aking isipan habang palihim na napapangiwi.
