I fell in love with a vampire [Bughead]

Jughead pov:

I woke up the next morning feeling myself able to uncontrollably smile, remembering mine and Betty's day at pops yesterday. 

I look out my window to see Betty sleeping peacefully sleeping, I continue to stare at her when she shoots her head up and looks at my direction. 

All of a sudden she dashed out of her room and I didn't know where she went. I sighed and turned around and saw something on my bed. 

"Betty you scared me" I sighed and she chuckles, "Don't stare at me when I sleep" She teased and I chuckled. "I couldn't help it, you look beautiful" I slip out, not realizing the words I just said. I saw her blush, "You think I'm beautiful" I whispered loud enough for me to hear her. 

"Of course I do" I say, sitting next to her on the bed. I saw her blush even harder as she looks down. 

I don't know what came to me but I cupped her face, making her look at me. I smiled and pulled her face closer to mine. 

Her lips only a couple centimetres away from mine, "Jughead" My dad says walking into my room. I open my eyes and see that Betty wasn't there anymore. I look at my dad and sigh, slightly annoyed he ruined mine and Betty's moments. 

"Yes" I say, looking up at him, "Hermione, V, and Betty are here" He said and I immediately shot up from my bed running past my dad. I heard him chuckle. 

I run down the stairs and see everyone on the couch. I smile when I see Betty laughing, in her own world. I smile at her and walk over to the living room. 

Betty looked up at me and blushed as I sat next to her. I was having a conversation with everyone when I realized Betty wasn't talking as much. I look over to her to see veins spearing under her eyes and he fangs popping through her lips. 

Everyone stops talking and I turn towards Veronica, I see that she is having the same reaction, I turn my head towards Hermione and she is perfectly fine. I stare at her for a little too long and she notices, "I have more control then they do" She said and at the moment Veronica ran out the door.

Betty dashed after her and Hermione must have noticed my panicked face and spoke up, "They arent gonna drink any blood, Betty is going to control Veronica" She said, mostly towards me and I sighed. I hated the fact they killed innocent humans, but that's who they are and they can't control that. 

Betty pov:

"Veronica no" I yell, trying to catch up to her. 

She keeps running until I finally catch up to her and tackle her to the ground. She tries to get loose but I chuckled, knowing I've got 300 years on her. "No" I say and she sighs. 

I take a sniff and see that the blood is nowhere near and Veronica's veins start going away. I sigh and she burst into tears, "Hey, hey what's wrong" I say, getting off of her. 

She jumps up and hugs me, "I'm sorry Betty, I'm so sorry I'm not strong enough" She sobbed and I shook my head. "It's okay V, your trying, I love you" I sigh, "I love you too"

"Race you back" I say after me and V sat in the middle of the street crying. She quickly wiped her tears and nodded, zooming away. "Cheater" I yell and run after her. 

We ran into the house laughing, "Beat you once again" I say, walking back into the living room. Veronica rolled her eyes and flipped me off. I chuckled and went to go sit next to Jughead. 

We laughed and got to know each other a bit more until we had to leave. I gave everyone a hug and blushed very red when Jughead gave me a kiss on the cheek. Everyone saw and chuckled as I hurried out of the house. 

I ran into my room and went straight for the window, I saw Jughead standing there with a smirk on his face. He whispered 'miss me'. I shook my head and flipped him off. He shook his head and smiled. 'Walk me to school tomorrow?" He said and I nodded. He blushed then closer his curtains. 

I got changed into my pajama's, brushed my teeth, said goodnight to everyone, then fell into a dreamless night. 

I wake up the next morning to my alarm clock. I groan and get out of bed, not ready to go to school. I hated school, but I had to do it to be "Normal," 

I walk to Veronica's room to wake her up, "Veronicaaa" I sing into her ear and she slaps me. "Stopp" She groaned and flips over. I jump on top of her making her groan even louder. "Get up" i whispered and she shook her head, smiling.

I chuckled and started getting ready for the day. I open my curtains to see Jughead putting on a shirt. Wow abs. 

I look away and close my curtains before I do anything stupid, he doesn't want a relationship with me, and I respect that. 

I'm eating breakfast when I hear a knock on the door. I quickly rush to it, knowing exactly who it is. I hear Veronica chuckled as I open the door to Jughead, smiling. I blush as he starts talking "Ready?" He says and I turn back to V and Hermione. They both nod and I nod my head, grabbing my lunch, backpack, and bottle of blood in the process. 

Me and Jughead start walking to school in an comfortable silence, until he breaks the silence, "How old are you Betty" he says as he stops walking. I hang my head down low, "582" I reply, not meeting his eyes. 

I hear him chuckle as he goes in to hug me. I smile against his chest, feeling million of sparks. I felt him sigh and let go of me. "We have to get to school" he said and I nodded and we talked and laughed the whole way.
