Divergent: A no war sequel

6. The shop.

~Tris POV~

I slept again for another five hours before getting up properly. I grab a slice of dauntless cake from the fridge and switch the coffee machine on. I walk back into my bedroom and put on my slippers and my fluffy dressing gown. By the time I walk back into the kitchen the coffee machine is ready I pour it into a mug and sit on the sofa. I eat the cake and drink the coffee before heading back into my room to get dressed.

I dress in a black strappy top, black leggings and my black combat boots. I look in the mirror. The top showed all of my tattoos. I apply minimalistic make-up and red lippy. Once I am ready I sit in the lounge watching TV, I hear Christina start to stir. When she comes into the lounge she is dressed in a black dress and black slip ons. She has a lot of make-up on.

She looks at me. "I need a tattoo." She says looking at mine.

"Okay, I say to her, let's go to Tori's." I run into my room pull on a jumper, Christina does the same. "Come on let's race" I run out and she follows me. We draw.

We catch our breathe and walk into the tattoo parlor. Tori says hi to us and sits us down.

"We want tattoos" Christina says. Tori hands us two folders filled with drawings and we choose 1. Christina chooses dauntless flames licking up her back and I choose a daisy chain wrapping around my ankle. Tori gets to work on me and Bud on Christina. After an hour mine is done and I go get us two muffins. At 5 to 1 Christina is finally done. We walk across the pit just in time to meet Lynn and Marlene. They see Christina's bandage.

"What have you done." Marlene gasps.

"Its okay, I only got a tattoo."Christina reassures them

They breath a sigh of relief and walk to words the empty shop that was destined to be ours. We push the door open and step inside. As soon as we are inside Christina distributes jobs. Me and Marlene have to buy paint and decorations. Lynn's on branding- the name logo, bags etc. and Christina is on ordering in supplies.me and Marlene head to the decorating  shop. In the end we buy cream paint to contrast with the plum purple paint we already have. We get 6 full length mirrors for the changing room and black curtains. We get two black sofas and 8 black armchairs. Christina is ordering in clothes racks and display units. We head back to the shop 4 times to get the stuff back plus someone drives a trailer across the pit too to bring the sofas and armchairs.

Me and Marlene then get to work on painting and putting up the mirrors and curtains we just brought. We leave the armchairs and sofas until we get the  displays. We finish and go see what the others are doing.Christina is financing- how much we should sell our products for and stuff.Lynn is putting the finishing touches o the labels for our products, she has already done bags, the sign and they all look amazing. We send the label designs of to our suppliers so they can add them to the clothes and make-up we ate selling. We finish, Lynn logs off the laptop she was using and we leave, locking up behind us.

Are then go find the others and have tea. Me and Tobias them head off to his apartment.
