" baby uth ja chai pe le", the morning tea by Siddarth was better than any other drink Shehnaaz would have ever tasted. She quickly grabbed the cup and kept on the side table and opened her arms. " idhar aa", he bent to her level, she hugged him and gave him lingering kiss on his cheeks.
Morning was a bliss for Shehnaaz and Siddarth having the other around them.
"Shehnaaz bhuk lagi hai yaar jldi aa", he complained to Shehnaaz over the call during the lunch time.
"baby 5 minute mein aa rahi zara sa kaam hai"
"jaldi aa", and he disconnected the call and there was knock on the door.
" kya baat hai itnj jaldi aa gyi", "come in", he said as to not sure who it was. He was surprised to see Rhea there.
"why is she here yaar, abhi phir dimaag sadega uska", but he was clueless what to do next.
"hey Siddarth how are you baby? " and she hugged him. He got away with her grip and acted to be normal.
"I am good Rhea, how come you here",
" I was missing you baby so i came to see you. I know you were missing me too", she spoke in her sultry tone which disgusted him. Though they have been friends but she was never more than a business merger and acquaintance. He always disliked her over clingy behavior and at times he has discarded her off of him, yet she was back to square one every time they meet. They were sitting on the couch when Rhea asked him to get the lunch ordered so that they can have lunch together
" ya i have ordered lunch and I am waiting for Shehnaaz"
The mere mention of Shehnaaz infuriated her.
She was about to spit out venom for Shehnaaz but stopped when she saw Shehnaaz entered
"sorry baby woh....", she stopped in her words when she saw Rhea there,almost sitting on Siddarth.
She passed a burning glare to Siddarth and in no time he was standing beside her.
Rhea mentally abused Shehnaaz for ruining their moment and she spoke " hey you miss whatever, i think you would have basic ettiqutes that you should knock the door of your boss cabin and wait for the permission to enter. He can be having his personal time too."
" you dare not say that to her Rhea, i have granted her all the permission to enter my cabin whenever she wishes to", Siddarth growled back to her, spitting fire due to her words. She cowered back but quickly came up with the excuse for behavior
"Siddarth I did not mean to insult her but it just she is an employee and she should behave like one, thats it sweetheart. I am sorry for my words",
"Shehnaaz can you please check for the order", Rhea turned towards Shehnaaz politely asking her to get the lunch for them.
And Shehnaaz being Shehnaaz gave an agreement to her and went to look for the order for lunch. "main call krta hun jaane ki jarurat nahi hai", Siddarth interrupted.
"Its okay Siddarth... Sir, I will go and check", Shehnaaz spoke.
She left the cabin muttering curse and was walking towards the lift. As soon as she left the cabin Rhea face had a devilish smirk. She entered the lift and pressed the button to the ground floor, her cabin being on 7 floor.
She was in the lift alone scrolling her insta when the lift stopped and she trembled due to the sudden jerk. The lift was on the fifth floor. She was anxious and her mind stopped working as to what to do next. She pressed the all the buttons in the lift hoping for some miracle to occur. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm herself but nothing seemed to work. She was freaking out with every passing second. She looked towards her phone when it striked her mind that she should call Siddarth for help. She quickly dialed his number but fuck the network, she couldn't reach him. Her anxiety rose, she was shouting ,yelling for help but nothing came. She again pressed the buttons. Her breathing was becoming uneven due to suffocation.
