<Emma's POV>

I found my self in a courtroom so much like the one I had first been in when they sentenced me to life in
Azkaban. Wait, it is the same one.

"Ahh, Miss Red nice to see you." Fudge said. Liar. "We have received information suggesting that you are innocent there for clear of all charges." Wait what?

Why do I feel I've left something? The locket. Lola forgot her locket. Maybe they'll let me get it. "I left something in my cell. Can I get it?" I said surprising everyone in the room.

"No you can not." Fudge said. Asshole.
I was taken by the arm and apperated out if there.

<Kingsley's POV>

It had been three hours since Rufus Scrimgeour had apparated into my office with Red and she was still in the same position. She sat on the chair in front of my desk grumbling that she'd rather be in Azkaban. Tonks had been staring at her, confusion etched on her face.

"Has anyone ever told you it's rude stare." Red said for the first time since she got here. Tonks jumped.

"Sorry it's just your really confusing."
Tonks replied.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well you've just been told you're cleared from all charges and yet you keep on saying you want to go back."

"It's something called guilt, not that I would expect an aurer to have a conscience. You see, I'm free to go anywhere I want when an innocent ten year old is forced to live on the run. It's just not right." Wow, to be honest I didn't expect her to be so sane. You know after five years in Azkaban you'd think she'd go insane.

"Ok. Can someone please tell me why the hell I'm here." Red said after another silence.

"Well with you being close to Black and May the ministry thought you would be under most threat of being attacked so Tonks has been assigned to protect you." I said.

"So what your saying is the ministry don't trust me and they think as soon as they let me go free I'm gonna find Lola and Sirius and help them assassinate Harry Potter."

"Hit the nail right on the head. I trust you, but let's just say Fudge and Scrimgeour don't trust you." Tonks said. Winking at her. "Oh and you'll be staying at my flat until you go to Hogwarts."

Red's reaction was hilarious. Her eyes widened, a grin spread across her face and she started to squeal, but then the spark I thought I saw was gone and she returned to her shell.

"I can't go it's not fair on her. It should be her having this opperetunity not me." She whispered.

"Who's 'she'?" Tonks asked and I saw Red's knuckles turn white.

"Lola of course and don't even think about saying that she's dangerous because it's quite obvious she's not. Even the dementors stay away from her." Silence filled the room once more. Only to be broken by Tonks.

"We better get going." She said and went over to Red. With a crack they were gone.
