Summary: Because confessing under the street light is the best cliché type of romance.

Hinata side eyed their raven haired setter and huffed.

"Hinata-kun? Is something wrong?" Yachi asked with a tilted head. She's been wanting to ask Hinata that question since this morning, she noticed how the other boy would always sigh almost every minute.

The said boy huffed again and sat beside Yachi, he took the water that she reached out for him. After drinking the water Hinata pouted while staring at the ground.

"Ya-chan, did you noticed how Kageyama seems to be avoiding me?" Yachi titled her head and smiled awkwardly, she scratched her head.

"D-did you and Kageyama-kun fought again?"

"Eh?! No no no no no" The oranger haired boy furiously shook his head.

Yachi sighed in relief, "Is that so?" Hinata just nodded, the girl then turned to their setter, she and Kageyama had an eye contact but the setter looked away almost immediately. That's when a light bulb lit up in Yachi, 'I get it'.

She turned back to Hinata who is currently looking at her cluelessly. Yachi smiled meaningfully, "You should really ask Kageyama-kun about it,"

"Do you know anything, Ya-chan?"

"Uhmm...No, but I think I kind have an idea what it is"

"Then tell me!" The two turned when Kiyoko called Yachi asking the girl to help her with something, Yachi smiled at Hinata and bid goodbye. "What~?! So unfair..."He mumbled and glared at Kageyama who's busy practicing. He just sighed and went back to practicing.

As what Yachi said, Hinata tried to ask Kageyama what was wrong but the other boy would always find an excuse so that the two of them wouldn't get to talk. Hinata honestly feels all of the worried and supportive glances the older members would give him.

But to his luck, Hinata didn't get to talk with Kageyama. The day just ended with Kageyama avoiding him,  like what the setter has been doing the past week. Hinata ruffled his hair in frustration as he heard Kageyama bidding his goodbye.

"So you're just gonna stand there?"

"Eh?" Hinata asked Sugawara who was smiling meaningfully, like Yachi did before. Sugawara patted him in the back, "Better run after him," Hinata was so confused but he did what the older said. He hurriedly collected his things and ran at full speed to catch up to Kageyama.

He looked around since he know how Kageyama could walk as slow as a turtle. Shoyo perked up when he saw Kageyama walking slowly with his eyes glued at the ground, he ran and then lightly pushed Kageyama.

"Wtf?!" Tobio furrowed his eyebrows but it soon faded when he saw Hinata. He stood up straight and looked away while holding to the strap of his bag. Kageyama muttered, "What do you want?"

Hinata frowned with the way Kageyama was acting, "I'm not the one who needs something, It's Kageyama!" He pointed at the latter with pouted lips.

The setter's eyes widened, his eyes wandered around until they stopped into Hinata's eyes. Maybe it was the doing of the glowing light that Hinata's eyes seemed brighter than usual, and just like what usually happens, Kageyama found himself staring into those bright hazel eyes.

Time seemed to stop to Kageyama, not until Hinata finally broke the silence. "Kageyama are you okay?" The setter flinched and a blush spread on his cheeks. He looked away from Hinata. "Seriously what's wrong with you, Kageyama? I have to know so I can fix it, you kno-"

"I like you!" Kageyama shouted with his eyes tightly closed. It took him a few minutes to realize what he just said. His  eyes widened and he immediately looked back to see Hinata's reaction.

But the shorter was just standing, frozen in his place. "Hinata forget what-", He didn't get to finish his sentence when he noticed how Hinata's face showed a bright red flush, Hinata on the other hand didn't know what to do or what to say and just looked at the ground.

"Why are you  blushing?" Kageyama asked in a tilted head, "Please don't tell me that you feel the same," Kageyama chuckled but surprisingly Hinata's face even became redder if that is even possible.

"I.....uh.....K-kageyama-kun" Hinata shut his eyes when he found himself stumbling with words.

Tobio's eyes widened when he realized, he walked closer to Hinata, he slightly crouched down so they can meet eye to eye, "R-really?" he asked with a blushing face and Hinata was shocked by how close they were that he literally fell.

"Hey! Are you okay?" He slightly touched Hinata who was clearly out of himself.

Hinata muttered under his breath, "Kageyama likes me...." He looked at Kageyama and poked his cheeks, Kageyama frowned "It's real...K-kageyama..."And then Hinata started crying that made Kageyama flustered.

"I....I accepted that Kageyam-kun won't like me back and then.."Hinata continued to wail and Kageyama couldn't say anything but he hugged Hinata and caressed his back.

'He must be so happy', Kageyama thought to himself as they hug and then slowly cupped Hinata's face. The orange haired boy sniffed and stared at him, slowly Kageyama closed the gap and their lips met in a romantic kiss.

Hinata clenched his hands together as he and Kageyama kissed. They both parted and looked at each other, they laughed and then Kageyama took Hinata's hands into his.

"Does that mean we're going out?" Kageyama asked, still blushing and Hinata grinned. He nodded furiously, putting his other hand together with their holding and kissed.

"Kageyama-kun is now my boyfriend," Hinata sheepishly smiled, making Kageyama blush.

"Boke! Don't do that cringey thing," Kageyama muttered the last words.

Hinata just laughed and Kageyama stared at him. And as they stood while still holding hands, their lips met again as they savor the moment they started dating.
