"Miss Shalashaska? Are you even listening?" I looked up at my history teacher. He was a little too close. I gulped. "S-sorry Mr. Jackson, I wasn't-"

"Oh! It's okay, sweetheart, no need to apologize." He winks at me and walks back to the whiteboard. I feel sick.

As I was putting my books away in my locker. I felt as if someone was watching me. I turn around and there was no one around, well, there was a couple making out but I just ignored that.

"Aphmau!" A voice called out.

"Travis?" I turn around and see him standing in front of me.

He pants, "Aaron and I are friends," he started. "And I was wondering if I could give him your number." My number? Why would he want my number? "He kinda wants to talk to you but he's a little shy."

"My number?" I blushed. "W-why? Does he r-really want to t-talk to... me?" And he's shy? Aaron being shy? That sounds cute... I bite the inside of my cheek.

"Sure!" I say a little too loud with excitement. I cover my mouth being clearly embarrassed. "Sure." I repeat myself but this time without shouting it out with excitement.

I was in my room, nervously and impatiently waiting. I was waiting for Aaron to text me first. Travis gave me his number just in case.

Should I text him first?

It was 8:58 PM, 2 more minutes till I go to sleep. If he doesn't text me then I'm going to sleep and maybe I can text him tomorrow.
