The Boyband in my Basement

"First day of high school, and I already have Diane at my side, and a boyband in my basement."

The story of 5 guys come together one summer and create a band, and use the basement of June White to get away from their parents and jam out.

Hello! This is 100% for fun, so like, don't @ me! I never thought I would be writing a fanfic, but yet, here we are. 

I don't know how many chapters this story will have, but a ballpark would probably be 25-50. Maybe. Not a whole lot, but I think I'm going to try to make my chapters as long as I can. 

I got the idea for this story from pretty much my dad. he's in a band with his friends and they practice every Sunday. In fact, they're practicing as a write this. My room is right over the garage in my house so I can always hear them practicing their music and I just got the idea that it would be cool to hear like One Direction or 5SOS practice in my basement. 

A little about me, I'm the type of person to associate letters or numbers and stuff with colours, so the colour I would imagine this story to be is like an average shade of orange. like the Wattpad colour of orange, but maybe slightly darker. Except the prologue! That is like leaf green, or sky blue mixed together, but a bit more blue than green. If that makes sense at all. I hope that will help some people imagine the story a bit better, and those are also the colours I had on my LED lights while I was writing this story so I could get the vibe I was going for. 

Our main character is June White, and secondary character would have to be Diane Lover. And then there's of course Harry, Niall, Louis, Liam, and Zayn. Here's some character descriptions that I made of June and Diane's characters to help you get a better idea of who they are, before you start reading the story. 

June White - Female, grey eyes, short brown hair, 70's aesthetic, vegetarian, cat person, humorous, empathetic, caring, bright smile, plant mom, bisexual, loves her friends more than family, doesn't take anything for granted, romanticizes her life, Friends raised her more than her parents did, likes long drives.      ////      Favourite colour: orange /// Favourite season: winter /// Favourite food: cherries, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches /// Favourite song: Let it Be - The Beatles /// Favourite hobby: listening to old records///

Diane Lover - Female, brown eyes, pixie cut blonde hair, grunge aesthetic, has a pet lizard, likes to travel, could really beat you up, likes vulnerable conversations at 2AM, wears a lot of cool hats, closest to Zayn in the band, plenty of secrets, is out most nights, poor family, gives great advice, doesn't get amazing grades like her friends.     ////      Favourite colour: black /// Favourite season: fall /// Favourite food: pasta /// Favourite song: Mama - My Chemical Romance /// Favourite hobby: dancing to records with June///

also, side note, there will most likely be no smut in this story, just because it makes me a bit uncomfy to write.
