The weekend with Asami: Chapter 4

Korro's mind went completely blank, as he returned the kiss. He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her closer to him. Asami smiled within the kiss, she broke apart, as they both gasp for air. Face still inches apart, she smiled happily.

Korro smiled back, placing a hand on her soft silky cheek. "Korro... Ever since yesterday... I felt a spark between us... And I never felt this feeling ever, not even in my past relationships... And I think I might be fal-"  Her eyes widen when he press his lips onto hers, she melts into his arms, wrapping her arms around his neck, pulling him into a deep kiss. Then he pulled away a short while."You don't have to say anything.... Because I feel the exact same feeling...and just to note you stole my first kiss"  She felt her cheek flush and her heart beat faster. He smiled once more. "So... What are we now Asami ?" She sits up and held his hand "well, your my boyfriend now." With that they both smiled and hugged tightly "its getting late, and you look like you need the sleep." Korro said as he chuckled. "Don't worry, I'm not going sleep with you in the same bed, I know my boundaries, I'll sleep here on the couch" she surprised at his statement, most boy would hop at a chance like this, even to take advantage of her while tipsy "you know, you're not like most other guys" she smiles "they would already hopped at a chance like this, but you, you're different... And I like that.. Well at least help me to my room, my legs feel weak" He nodded and picked her up bridal style, she wrapped her arms around him she told him where to go, opens her bedroom door and sets her down on the bed. And as he did she was sound asleep. He kissed her forehead, and walked out closing the door behind him.

As he got back to the living room, her father was there "Mr. Sato!? I-i wasn't doing anything funny with your dauh-" Hiroshi caughts him off and chuckled "haha, I know I just wanted to come speak with you. Come sit" He went to the couch and sat across from him. "So what is it you would like to speak about sir?" He placed his cup down and looks at korro "upon the action I saw tonight, my daughter seems to have fallen in love with you, even if you just got here a day ago. But I know my little princess very well, even if she only 15 years old. She deeply in love. She's been in love, but never this deep. And I am happy for her, and I would like to thank you for making my little princess happy again, its been awhile since I last seen her happy." Korro was honored yet a little confused "sir? When was the last time she was happy? If may I ask" he asked concerned "you see, last year one day asami was late to one of my meetings and she was in a bit of a hurry, as she turned the corner she didn't see this boy that walking and she hits him. She apologized and invited him to dinner to make up for it. Ever since they gotten closer, they went to the same school, and they dated. In my personal account I never really like the boy, he seemed too obsessive, to old, you know, but she was happy. They boy Mako one day gotten drunk, and tried to rape her and she punched him.... He fire bend at her but Luckily his sweet younger brother was there to stop him. And I assume Asami told you about her mother?" He nodded "yes sir, she did on my first day of school" Hiroshi smiled "that's why I hate benders, I didn't want the same to happen to her.." His eyes started to water up "Mr. Sato I will protect your daughter no matter what" Korro bit his bottom lip, wanting to tell him that he's the avatar "Sir... There's something I must tell you...I'm not sure if your going to hate me after i tell you this... But the real reason my father kept me hidden away from the world, is because... I'm the avatar. My father didn't want the white lotus to come find me and take me away" Hiroshi eyes widen. It took him a few mins to take in all what korro just said, but in the end he smiled "As long my little princess is in the good hands of the Avatar and son of Chief Tonraq, I approve of this relationship, you made her whole again, and I'm glad to see her smile once more.... Thank you Avatar Korro.. For bringing happiness to my family again" Korro was shocked that Hiorshi didn't kick him out, but was honored with his daughter life "I promise you I won't let you down sir" with that Hiroshi got up and went to bed. Korro lays down, a tear crept in his eye and wiped away and fell asleep.
