"Tae I'm not gonna explain it to you again"

"Come on it's confusing" he whined

"What's so confusing about it?"

"Everything"

"That's because we started from season two which is where I'm at ,we have to go back to season one" I took the remote from his hands going back. He insisted on watching it where I left off but he asked so many questions it got annoying

" What I don't understand is, where do the umbrellas come from?" We were watching the second season of Umbrella Academy. Lisa had recommended it to me not long ago and now I was showing it to Taehyung.

"The man owns an umbrella company and he named the team after that. The umbrellas don't have a deeper meaning"

"What if they do?" We've been arguing about this sense I mentioned it to him. He just wouldn't let it go.

"I'm telling you there isn't" I hear my phone go off and it was Jennie who was calling....I don't remember giving her my number. I picked up and I almost died hearing her voice. It sounded sweet but a bit worried.

"Hey what was all of that about?"

"All of what?" I questioned. Was it about me running off? Or was it about the whole locker thing, because I'm still a bit lost on that one.

"You called, well someone did"

"I don't remember calling you" Wait! was she the one Tae called? Shit I just hung up. What if she thinks I'm a jerk and she no longer wants to talk to me!!

"You did, I heard a guys voice" I look at Tae and he just smiles at me like an idiot.

"Yeah it was a mistake, sorry"

"Oh so you didn't want to talk to me" I could tell she was pouting and it put a smile on my face.

"Not at that moment " I heard Tae laugh and I saw that he had his ear close to the phone

"What's so funny?" I push him away and whispered to him

"Your answer that's what funny" he whispered back and threw popcorn at me

"Little boy! how dare you"  I grab a hand full and throw it at him, he opened his mouth and actually caught one. I started laughing but stopped when I heard someone clearing their throat.

"Oh shit! Sorry Jennie, I got distracted you were saying"

"I didn't say anything" the tone of her voice changed. She was upset again. Again we were left in silence. I looked over to Taehyung who whispered to just end the call.

"It was nice hearing your voice Jennie. I'll see you tomorrow, goodnight" I hung up and flopped back into my bed.

"So she's the girl you were talking about" he crawled onto the bed and laid next to me.

"Yeah" I told him about Jennie cause why not?
I have all these problems and I heard it's good to talk about them.

"She sounds hot, does she go to school with us?"

"She is and yeah her name is Jennie Kim" he got up and started to jump on my bed

"Like Jennie Kim hottest girl in school, that Jennie Kim? " I pushed him off

"I'm guessing you've heard of her"

"Yeah everyone in our class has tried asking her out but all she does is shoot them down" This brought a smile to my face but at the same time it kinda made me think of what the kind of guy Jennie likes. Did she have really high standards? Would I fit any of them?
