Thoughts buzz
At a million miles,
So much to do
Life's full of trials.
Veins in my head
Beat with blood,
Stress comes on me,
Like a flood.
Brain keeps running,
Energy slows,
Keep on working,
Despite my woes.
In an instant,
The pressure ceases,
Activity ends,
As peace releases.
Shut down body,
Rest my eyes,
Recharging for
Tomorrow's demise.
