CAFE ON THE FIFTH
April 21st, 2020
4:30 PMThe fire fighters were already called. Teachers and other faculty members are counting their students, checking if the kids on the grounds are complete and no one is hurt. And well, it seems like it because no one was around calling names anymore. Every one of them is seated somewhere on the field, watching the fire eat the side of their campus that was burning as the fighters are trying to control it down.
Minho on the other side, was left with the teachers as Jisung hurried himself, walking to the benches where he saw the other guy eyeing them like a jealous lion. He also saw Chan walking away, but he didn't bother that. He's not here to talk with that blonde, he's here to talk to Hyunjin. The boy who was glaring at them both.
"Do you have any problem with me?" Jisung asked as soon as he got near the latter, his voice is higher than usual and his eyes are also flaring.
"What do you mean?" Hyunjin lied, eyes looking away because he already knew how bad Jisung can be when he's mad.
"I saw you glaring at us, motherfucker." Jisung said, "What do you want? Can't you leave me alone? What more do you want from me?!" He pushed Hyunjin repeatedly, honestly praying no teachers would see them.
They're on the benches and the teachers are on the south side of the field while the students are bust checking each other if they're hurt ot not. But honestly, it wasn't much of a wild fire because 119 is called and the teachers immediately sent eveyone out the buildings.
Anyone can see him arguing with the taller blonde though, but Jisung can't take it anymore. He always see Hyunjin staring at him, glaring when he sees the brunette with Minho, watching everything they do like a spy that watches their targets. He's creepy. Even creepier than Changbin who actually knew something from his life. Jisung thought moving and running away would be easier but he take that back now. Meeting Hyunjin again, and other kids that just go past his patience hasn't been any easier. He actually doesn't know how to deal with so many things at one time.
"Ji, I don't mean any harm, what do you mean?" Hyunjin said, hands up, trying to calm the latter down. "I have no intention on you anymore. I don't care if you'd fuck around."
Jisung scoffed, gasp in disbelief from the words he heard from his once best friend. "Why do you always watch me, then?" He asked, crossing his arms.
"Oh." Hyunjin smiled, "Nothing. No particular reason. I watch everyone in this campus, what's the big deal?" He said, laughing slightly.
"I don't know." Jisung murmured, turning around as he walk away from the latter. "You're being creepy and I hate it." He said. Jisung was already meters away when he heard Hyunjin whisper something to himself and he can't help but to clench his fist from it.
Honestly, he doesn't know anymore what did he do that made Hyunjij be such a nuisance for him. Jisung just wanted a life with peaceful surroundings, life with no one telling him what to or not to do, and also a life that is easy enough for him to not run away again. Minho was the only reason he's trying to stay, and if it wasn't for him– well, Jisung doesn't know anymore.
"What happened back there?" Minho asked, "I was watching and saw you pushing Hwang. Did he hurt you?" He asked, eyes caring and worried.
Jisung shrugged and gave him a warm smile. "It was nothing," He said, "I just thought he wants something bad."
