Thirteen years has passed since that faithful meeting. Sky Walker already a sixteen year old girl and living in Red Banks, NJ. Time and time has passed by her without noticing. Has she made her way in front of the school gates with one last second she looked up to the sky with a gentle smile on her face.
"SSSSKKKKYYYYYY," shouted a girl.
A girl jumped and hugged her without any warning.
"Maria. I thought I told you not to do that," said Sky.
Maria Henderson, Sky's best friend ever since the third grade. Always wild and energetic. Making Sky crazy and annoyed, but with Maria around she is not one second bored.
"Looking at the sky again I see. When are you going to stop that habit of yours. Really you stick to your name too much." Maria laughed as she said those words.
"Aw, come on. Don't you think it's amazing. I really love the sky not because of my name but because it's so beautiful. I wish that I had wings so that I could fly through the clouds."
Maria simply ignored Sky and went ahead through the gates. Sky snapped and charged at Maria. She grabbed her by the neck and pulled Maria toward her. They both laughed and ran to the school.
As they entered the classroom there was a commotion going on. Everybody was making a commotion.
"Hey, what's going on?" asked Maria.
"There's a new senior in school and they said that he is hott," said a girl classmate.
All the boys were making sad faces and all the girls will squealing and making commotion.
"We're going to see if the rumors are true before school starts so come on."
"Sky let's go. I have to see if the new student is true."
"No thanks. I'm not interested in those stuff. And beside I have don't look pretty so I have a feeling I'll look bad just by staring at him."
"Not pretty. Are you insane? That chocolate color hair, those golden eyes, and those slender legs. What part of you is not pretty? Also not to mention that birthmark on your...."
Before Maria could say anything Sky covered her mouth.
"Ok. I'll go with you." Sky has lost to Maria. Sky didn't want anyone to know the birthmark on the back of her thigh that is covered by clothing.
As they made their way to the classroom of the rumored student they saw the girls already filling in the room. "Looks like we won't be able to see anything," said Sky.
"Not a chance. We will look at the new student even its the last thing we do," shouted Maria. She was on fire. Determine to see the new student. Maria grabbed Sky and moved through the crowd.
"Come on girls. Move it." As they were passing by the crowd was pushing and squishing Sky. She try to break free until someone pushed her right in front of the new student.
"Owwww," said Sky. As she looked up her eyes and his met. That black hair and the caramel colored eyes. The gaze of each other felt like hours to Sky.
"Oh. I'm sorry. Please excuse me."
"Sky," said the boy.
"Huh."
"You're Sky." The new student put his arms around her. The whole class were surprised and disappointed at the same time. "I've missed you."
"I'm sorry but who..." Before she could finish her sentence he put his lips onto hers. The crowd was shocked total silence led into the room. Sky try to break free but didn't have the strength, It was not to long when the boy put his tongue in his mouth. The sensation of his tongue swirling inside the mouth gave Sky the power to put him away and run out of the class.
