First step is to put down a base color which i used brown.

Then get a new layer and put some brown on the tips of the hair and blend it. Also put some on top of her head and blend that as well

Then you take a slightly darker brown and put them at the bottom of the hair/bangs/individual hair chunks as well as puting them on the side of some lines. Idk if that made any sense but if you look at her bangs you'll know what im talking about lmao

Next you add some highlights. Take a highlight color and put spiky lined across every hair chunk. Blend out the bottom of the highlights and put the opacity of that layer at about 50% but if it doesn't look good just mess around with the opacity and see what looks good

Now for this layer put it above your lineart. Use some of the colors you used for the hair and put some strands on the outside.
