Im bored and very slow at drawing sooo have a hair tutorial i did while procrastinating :)
Step 1

Put down your base color. Darken the color and put lines behind overlapping strands of hair or just any place that would create a shadow. The blend that outwards on the hair.
Step 2

Create a new layer and change your brush to the airbrush. Keep the darker shade from the hair and make a gradient on the bottom of the hair, bangs, hair strands, and the top of the head.

Get a new layer and put down various color that are near the original color on the color wheel (purple is in the middle of red and blue so pick whatever is on the left and right) layer them on top of each other where highlights would go.
Step four:

Lower the opacity of that layer to about 60.
Step 4:

Blend together the colors on the highlight.

Create a new layer and get the airbrush. Get a darker shade of the original color and make strands on the hair make sure that the strands always come from one point of the head like the picture below shows

Step 6: Make sure to add strands outside of the hair. No picture for this one since i forgot to get rid of the extra strands in the other pictures lmao.
Yeah sorry I'm very bad at explaining things lmao. I still hope that this helps though :)
And yes this is a wip of yuri from ddlc that i suddenly had the inspiration to draw lol. The finished product should be out in the next couple days.
