It had been a couple of weeks since the demonstration at U.A. High School and the guys noticed that Aletta had become more agitated. The young woman had made two trips by herself to all the shrines and Mt. Fuji but nothing could be found to indicate a rift was trying to be opened yet the disturbance was there.

Aletta just knew something bad was coming into this world but even with all of her abilities she couldn't detect where or how.

Shouta noticed it the most as she had cut off the mind link as if she didn't want him connected. This bothered him. He finally decided the couple needed to have a discussion.

Aizawa came in late from patrolling to find his best friend Hizashi asleep in his room and Toshinori in his when the foursome was not being a group. Aletta was not in theirs. The tired teacher went through the large place but there weren't even any signs she had been in the place for a day or so. The twinkie wrappers were missing. Shouta went straight to Yamada's room and shook him awake.

"Where's Aletta?" Shouta asked with a concerned look on his face.

"Huh? What? She was here at dinner for a few minutes and then said she had some important work with Draco's International. She's been in and out the last few days....why?"

Shouta rubbed the back of his neck, "Aletta and I have a connection with each other through our minds now. Yet these last few days she has disconnected it. I could nudge her with my mind and feel a nudge back but there is nothing when I nudge now."

Hizashi rolled onto his back, "Aletta didn't say anything about being mad at you. Maybe she's tired of stepping around three men?"

Shouta placed his bottom lip between his teeth. He was trying to not think the worst. The worst being she was done with the relationship. Aletta said they were bonded, that she was imprinted on him. He assumed that it was like being married dragon style or something.

Maybe it wasn't?

"Sho just go take a shower, relax and call her like normal humans do. She'll get back to you..." Hizashi said sleepily. He had to be up in two hours for work.

Aizawa decided to shower but he was going to give a 'strong' nudge this time along with a phone call. He was sitting on their bed when a force pushed into his head and not gently.

'What is it you need? I'm busy human...'

'Concern for you. Concern for us as I can't sense you.' Shouta thought in his mind.

'Do I ask you about things that occur when you do your patrols? No. If you must know, I'm trying to keep your world safe so cut me a break,' Aletta replied coldly.

'When will you be back?' he asked.

'When I have a better idea on the situation that's trying to happen, is all I can say...'

Shouta sighed, 'And us?'

'What about us? Is there a problem human? Changing your mind because I'm a dragon? I don't know if I love you. I live for a thousand years so my concepts of almost anything are different."

'So we are? I am just a part of your hoard now?' closed his tired eyes. He heard a loud shuffle of what sounded like scales.

Shouta-san, yes you are. I told you how important you are though. You come before my rune hammer for treasure and it was first before you....Nazlan misses our conversations because of you.'

'What? The hammer misses talking to you?'

Aletta purred in his head, 'Nazlan is a being whose soul is in the rune weapon. He is bound in it. Nazlan gets lonely and wishes to pass the time. He longs to not be alone and ignored too...'
