Hell's Child

A tall familiar man stood in front of me. Behind were the ruins of a pack. My pack. I could see my Aunt's body on the ground. The man just stood there. Maybe he is the grim Reaper? I thought to myself. Then it hit me. He was the guy that destroyed me pack. The one who destroyed my life. He called himself Hades, the god of the underworld. I looked around.

"Why am I here?" I asked him. I was surprised with the calmness in my voice.

"I cant you, my love?" He said, acting hurt though I wasn't laughing. In fact I was glaring. "I'm guessing that you remember me." He took slow steps towards me. With each step he took I took one backwards.

"I will never forget you." I seethed. I needed to find Mathew. That's all.

"Don't worry. Your dear brother is safe at that wretched Royal pack. So are you. But I wanted to tell you that you are going to be strong, too strong for a brother and too strong for a mate. You will rule the werewolf world."

I felt myself back into consciousness. Mathew was over me trying to shake me awake.

"You slept in. You never sleep in." Mathew said. He knew something was wrong. But he is a perfect brother so instead of trying to see what wrong he flopped back onto the bed. Although the bed was big he fell off and I heard the thump followed by some groaning. I smiled and shook my head.

As I swung my feet over the side of the bed and got on a black jumpsuit with a turtleneck. The cloth fit my body perfectly. I slipped on the black boots that were left by my bed. All the clothes were new and I have no idea how they knew me sizes. I ignored it and got up.

Mathew was already dressed and he seemed eager to go outside. I was too. I didn't like being stuck in a place for too long. I walk out of the pack house with him. I heard a bunch of wolf whistles and I could see Ryder standing in front of a bunch of males. That must be where training is.

I walked to the middle of the group. Everybody was staring at me. I looked at Ryder. He was stiff. His fist where clinched. I smirked. I could see two other people standing besides Ryder. Lucas was one of them but the other one I didn't know the name of. He was probably the Gamma.

"Okay." the Gamma called. Everybody shut up immediately. The Gamma looked down at my brother. "Ma'am this is not the pup's training area." My grip tightened on his hand.

"If you touch him I will tear your arm off." I growled, taking a step in front of Mathew.

"Why don't you go with him pup." He was angry. I could tell I hit a nerve.

"I might be a pup but I can beat your ass with my hands behind my back." I smiled.

The Gamma was shaking. He was trying to control his wolf. He didn't like a challenge. Finally he let go. He shifted right there. His shredded clothes fell to the ground. I smiled. I don't want to shift right now. I can't. I won't. I took a battle stance and just for fun I put my hands behind my back. But before I could do anything Ryder stepped between us.

"I will not have my Gamma fighting a female. Austin, go to your room. Athena, I want to talk to you in private." Tiger purred at the way he said my name. She also liked that we will talk to him in private. Horny wolf. She never acted this way to any male.

I followed Ryder to his office. Mathew wasn't with me. He was off playing with other pups. He stopped in front of his door and held the door for me. I walked in and sat down in the chair across from his desk. He sat in his chair.

"I can not have you disrespecting my Gamma." He said. "You're in trouble." The way he said it sent shivers down my spine I did not show it though. I cant show him what he does to me. I have to leave. I need to leave.

"He can't touch my brother. That's the only thing I care about-" Before I could finish my sentence I was slammed against the wall. Ryder had my hands above my head. He was wearing gloves. His eyes were switching from shades of black to green. I smirked and leaned in so that our faces where only a few centimeters away.
