Beep. Beep . Beep. Be-

I cut off my alarm by slamming the off button. Ugh! I have work today. At least I get to see Louis then. I miss him like crazy. Getting out of bed I notice a note on the closet door. Hmm...Who is that from? I walked over and peeled the sticky note off the door. There was messy writing scrawled across it. The note read,

"Dear Harry,

After the interview today ,
I am taking you somewhere.
Dress nice! Don't ask where
though...ITS A SURPRISE!
Oh and I made you breakfast
so get your lazy self downstairs!

Love,

Louis xx :)"

I laughed at the note. Classic Lou. I took a quick shower then brushed my teeth and hair. I shrugged on an old, printed button down shirt and tucked it into a pair of jeans, following with my black leather belt. Grabbing a random pair of boots off the messy floor, I pull them onto my feet.

Perfect.

I headed down the stairs and smelled the most amazing thing. Once I was all the way downstairs I saw Louis standing there with a huge smile on his face. I looked him up and down. He was wearing my denim jacket (which, by the way, might as well be his seeing as he wears it more than I do) and a black shirt underneath with a pair of jeans. Looking at his feet, he was only wearing a pair of socks. His smile was beautiful and always looked genuine. But something was different... His smile didn't seem all too happy, nor did it reach his eyes. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his torso, enveloping him in a hug. He hugged back but he felt weak, fragile almost, as if he would break into a billion tiny little pieces if I hugged him too tight.

"What's wrong? Are you feeling okay?" I asked, concerned.

"Y-yes I'm fine Harry... " His voice sounded shaky and weakened.

I don't think he could even convince himself that that was the truth.

"Listen, you and I both know thats not true...You are so pale and you just took horrible and I-"

"I said I am find Harry, so quit worrying!"

He cut me off. Quite snappily might I add... he is never like this. It was evident that he was lying but I let it slide because he obviously didn't want me to worry about him.

Yet I did. I worried so much about him. He wasn't okay and he wouldn't admit it. I decided it was better to drop it for now, as he wasn't having it. It's best if I leave him be

We ate in peace then drove off to the interview.
