It is clear that this video is Wolf's personal introduction on the channel which is followed by several other CP intro videos.

It has all come to this.
The darkest of days.
What happens next will determine whether this will be our end...
Or our beginning. :
I believe this note has something to do with the ongoing war between The Slenderman and his CP's versus Zalgo and his armies. Perhaps they started this channel as a do or die moment. They probably figured that this war could be the end of them or a new beginning for them and either way they want to be open about what's happening. The war could go two ways. It could end with The Slenderman and his CP's losing and dying or could end with them winning and having to confront the reality that they publicized themselves for all to say. Think about it... if they win then they'll live. The CP's would all have to confront their decision of creating this YouTube channel. People would have questions (a lot of them), they would suddenly be viewed as heroes and they would have to adapt to being treated differently by the world. They would go from being feared, loathed and assumed to be non-existent to all of a sudden being crowded, loved and all eyes would be on them. They would go from being "hidden in the shadows" to being in a direct spotlight. I safely assume a drastic change such as this would be like a new beginning for the CP's. That is if they win. Naturally, if they lose it would be the death of them, their end.
