The dog that slinks in and nips at the heels of unsuspecting sheep without detection.
Because of this family, I have almost all but forgotten my past life and sufferings.

It is clear that this video is Toby's personal introduction on the channel which concludes the CP intro videos so far.

My life started out in a hell hole and for almost two decades I suffered.
If not for Wolf. I would be dead.
He has taught me many things and made me who I am today.
I am stronger, tougher and more powerful than I ever used to be.
I find this statement to be quite significant. Here we can see some fragment of humanity showing in Wolf (however small it may be) and it could indicate he does in fact have morals or conscience. Even if it was simply Wolf's job to rescue Toby from his abusive father and bring him in the join the CP family, Toby clearly is very thankful to Wolf for saving him. Even if this was simply Wolf's job as appointed by the Slenderman, he could have also saved Toby's life out of sympathy or care (disregarding Wolf's already known protective traits). However, the level emotions Wolf possesses might be something we'll never fully understand. Only the other pastas seem to fully understand Wolf. In this statement, Toby also touches on the training he received after officially joining the CP family which made him much stronger, faster and more powerful. Toby's mention of being taught things could also indicate that Wolf personally taught/mentored him on certain topics he was struggling in. The way Wolf felt or what he was thinking when he was sent to save Toby from his abusive father are much less important than the true notable point here. Toby is free from his nightmares and free from abuse, neglect and mistreatment. Let's all just take a moment to appreciate that happy fact. 
Now I am the recon.
This may be a well-known fact but all the same, Tobias's statement here confirms that he is in fact the family's reconnaissance. This could be due to both being a proxy and having the natural skills for the speed, stealth and resourcefulness it takes to work as recon. This truly does give us more insight into Toby's roles among the CP family structure. I hope we can learn more about each CP's role in the group's balanced family functions and relationships.
