Chapter 4- A new experience

I walk down the hallway with Jong in and Baekhyun.

"So how long have you two been friends?"

"Uhh, when Jong in came, I guess. And he just grew on me" Baekhyun says

Jong in agrees, "I am just so loveable. Anyway, what are you doing after school?"

I shrug, "Nothing. Unless I want to to study."

They stop and look at me, "You are an obsessive studier."

I laugh and shake my head. Jong in says, "Hey, we don't we go to amusement park? I heard they opened a new rollercoster ride"

"I don't mind." I say

Baekhyun whines, "Oh, dude. It was supposed to be us two men. Now it is going to be three men"

"I'm a girl, Baekhyun" I say hitting him on the shoulder

"Sorry, geez I was kidding. Oh hey, what time is it?"

I check my watch, "2:10."

"Gotta go. I am spending the last half of the day with my dad. See you after school." And he bolts off

I sigh, "He must have a really nice dad"

Jong in puts an arm around my shoulder, "Don't get to sad. You have us, okay?"

I nod. We walk to our next class which is science.

"So what is your result for the science test?" I ask

Baekhyun wasn't there but the teacher said he got a F. I was really shocked because he seemed so casual and everything about failing. Does he constantly fail?

Jong in says, "I got a B+, it is close to an A!"

I cheer him on, "I am so happy for you!"

He says nudging me, "What did you get?"

"A+" I say it with no happiness. I mean, I'm used to it.

He chuckles, "Wow and your not even proud of yourself"

I shrug as we exit school and sit on the bench waiting for Baekhyun.

"So, I was thinking that you could live with us. If living with your dad was hard and burdensome."

"I would really like to. I mean yesterday he sold my bed for money to get even more alcohol. He told me to sleep somewhere else for the night."

"Sometimes I do want to live somewhere else. But I didn't even know anyone from here. We had to move to Busan because he caused offence at Ulsan and he wanted no one to know it was him."

He puts an arm around me. Jong in is the type of person to comfort someone with his body language. I really appreciate it.

"Dad and Mum would be happy to have you. April would love it." He laughs

April is cute as a button. I talk to her about things I didn't know she would understand. She loves having me around.

"We'll see. Oh, there's Baekhyun!" I say getting up

He comes towards us and smiles, "Miss me?"

"No way" I say

Jong in nudges me and gives me that look. I mutter "What?" And he just chuckles and gets up.

I follow after them and walk between them two.

"So what did you do with your dad?" I ask curiously
