Chapter 7

That night Chaitra felt so so happy(she felt that it was her happiest moment forever so far in her life)and For Vikram though he felt same as Chaitra but at the same time he felt sorry for her.

Vikram realized that Chaitra's expectations on him was so high and he just wants her to forget him.

Next Day in the office Chaitra with so much of excitement came to talk with Vikram but he started ignoring her intentionally,but Chaitra never got disappointed by his behavior as she knew that he's doing all this intentionally.But day by day Vikram started behaving so abnormal.

One day he took Jay(He is the boy whose parents came see Chaitra for Bridal glances at Meena's House)introduced him to her and he Left by leaving them alone to talk to each other.

Chaitra though she was patience all these days but for the first time when Vikram left her with Jay,at that moment she was broken inside.

Between all her friends started to plan for the weekend but Chaitra is not at all interested in that and they also started asking Vikram and Jay to come along with them as they are unaware about the places.

All her friends forced Chaitra and took her along with them.Vikram again repeated to avoid her. He tried to unite her with Jay and this time Chaitra couldn't bear all these,lost her all patience and slapped Vikram very hardly in front of everyone.

Everyone of her friends along with Jay was shocked with her behavior and none of them dared to question her.

A Few moments later Chaitra asked her friends sorry for disturbing their enjoyment, told everyone to resume their enjoyment and she herself took everyone to the chill mood.

All the day they roamed and came back to the home. The very next morning Chaitra went to Vikki's house to clear the issue.

Vikram opened the door and got surprised by seeing her,she just pulled him and went inside. He was totally silent,Chaitra started talking with him sarcastically like "Hey Vikki how's is your new business"

He was like which business?

Chaitra: Hey come on Man! you started Matrimony right?

Vikram got the point that shee's talking about uniting her with Jay and started explaining her "Chaitra! Jay is a nice guy more than me and Moreover he's a right Person to you".

Chaitra shouted "Shut up Vikram",Who are you to decide which is right and which is wrong to me?
Moreover I never asked you to search for a guy, My only Question to you was whether you marry me or not that's all.

Vikram : Chaitra,Please let's not talk about that again

Chaitra(Loudly): Say Yes or No

Vikram: No..

Chaitra: So the reason is about your health right

Vikram: Yes I don't know how long I live and I don't want you to suffer with me

Chaitra: So do you know how long I can live?

Vikram: Morethan me

Chaitra: Fine, give a minute let me try to prove

She went to the kitchen,took the knife and cutted her wrist,as soon as Vikram reached towards kitchen there was so much of bleeding.

He immediately throwed the knife from her, carried her on his arms and took her to the hospital.

Vikram informed her friends and told that she was fine.As the case was not so serious she got discharged that evening.

Vikram took Chaitra to her flat and all her friends were waiting to see, as soon as she came inside everyone including Vikram shouted on her for doing such foolish thing.

And Chaitra shouted on Vikram like this- Who asked you to take me to the Hospital,Did I say?

I would have survived even if tried to kill myself because you said that my lifespan is greater than yours, then why you are afraid?

Vikram: Chaitra.... these all are logic less questions I never want to answer, I just want to beg you please don't repeat these type of things.

Chaitra: Why do you care about me Vikram and am saying it now I'll repeat these type of things until I die because I can't live without you that's all.. okay

Vikram(Emotionally): Chaitra. Chaitra..Chaitra... I love you 1000 times more than you love me, but see i want you to live happily,now you may feel everything okay but after marriage you will suffer alot and if I die so early you can't live alone through out your life, that was a hell..

Chaitra: Vikram thats okay if you live for one day or one week or one month or one year no matter i want to be your wife and for such short period of heaven am ready to bear hell throughout my left over period without you.

Meanwhile one of her friends Neema also started convincing Vikram saying like this-You know Vikram nothing is in our hands,don't leave her and now a days True love is very rare everything is Artificial.

In between Jay who came to see Chaitra has listened everything and he said like this- I can only say one thing Vikki you can't divert her from you and shift towards me or anyone else. Accept her in your life..Don't think about Future,every one has ending maybe earlier or later,forget all and Live your present happily with her.
