Mothra Woke Up Early

A/N: In this scenario, we'll be looking into what if Mothra woke up earlier in the Monsterverse.

In 2014, Godzilla revealed his presence to the world in the midst of trying to destroy the MUTOs and restore balance in nature. Although, he managed to destroy them both, he had to require help from humanity in order to succeed. Honestly, he was very lucky at that time because one soldier only destroyed the nest and distracted the MUTOs long enough for Godzilla to recover.

But if he wasn't there.... Well, he would pretty much be dead. And he would also be dead if Emma didn't finish the prototype Orca which she used to save Godzilla and help him recover against other monsters several times. Back then, he didn't need their help millions of years ago because he already had help.

A monster that always helped him and was in a symbiotic relationship with. A monster in which we never really got much of an explanation about besides just the fact that she and Godzilla have a symbiotic relationship. She never woke up until the events shortly before Ghidorah was awakened. (Although it was very convenient since her film rights were acquired for that role in the sequel)

So, I have a solution...

What If Mothra Woke Up Early to help Godzilla fight the MUTOs?

Scenario:
It all begins after the Male MUTO awakened from his slumber. While MONARCH and the US military is going after radioactive food sources for where the male could be going, Godzilla is already aware of what's truly going on.

He can hear the sonar calls between both the male and female MUTO, instantly aware that they cannot breed or else the world will be full of them and all life would be destroyed. He goes to Hawaii where he follows the male's call. Of course, he still creates a tsunami in his wake and reaches the airport to duke it out with the Male MUTO.

(This is where things get different)
Godzilla battles the male and is constantly trying to catch him with his claws or jaws while the male always tried to strike at him from the air. That was when it got on his face and clawed his eye, stunning him long enough to push him into a building while Godzilla's height caused the building to fall over him.

The male quickly flew off to pursue more food sources and eventually reunite with the female. While Godzilla got up and only roared before heading to the beaches with his eye regenerating with ease. But that wasn't what concerned him, is what it might happen if he had to face both the male and the female at ounce.

He would definitely lose to them both, mostly due to how he always had trouble focusing on two monsters at a time and was only meant to fight one monster at a time as a gigantic walking powerhouse. With both brute strength from a female and a cunning striker known as the male, he had a feeling he wouldn't succeed alone. And he had little faith in humanity to truly help him out other than trying to destroy them all with Great Fire (the nukes).

So he only had one choice left. Call his own ally in which his only symbiotic relative can aid him in battle for saving the planet from parasitic doom. It was time to call..... Mothra. So with one great and loud roar, he makes a sonar call of his own from the beaches of Hawaii to the other side of the Pacific.
"SSSKKKKKKRRRRREEEEOOONNNGGGKKK!!!"

Before shortly departing straight to the coast of San Francisco. Meanwhile, in an ancient temple located in the Yunnan Rainforest of China, MONARCH Outpost 61 has been alerted. The ancient egg they have been monitoring for years is starting to spike full of radiation suddenly after thousands of years of peaceful slumber. The scientists who were handling the blue glowing egg and studying it, activated the containment field to keep it within as it continuously unleashed pulse after pulse like the Male MUTO's cocoon in Japan.
