Geno x Reaper

Reaper's P. O. V.
I was sitting outside, looking at the night sky. I would like to have Geno by me but, he's been more distant lately. I wonder if it's something I did or something is wrong.

I haven't done anything different. I've been helping him out, I've been doing my job. So, I might have done something. I'm just not sure what it was.

I stood up and went inside the house. I opened the door to see Goth and Palette hanging out. I smiled and said, "Hey you two."

They looked at me. Palette smiled back and said, "Hey." I see Palette look at Goth then look back at me. I see him take a deep breath and said, "Is it ok if I stay over?"

I nodded and said, "It's fine with me. Goth, how about ask Geno and see if it's ok with him." He nodded and went upstairs.

Palette walked over to me and said, "How are you doing?" "I'm doing alright. You?" "Doing pretty good. I honestly wanted to get away from dad and father."

From what I know, Ink and Error are together. Those two have two other children. I believe their names are PJ and Gradient. I don't know those two as well as Palette but, they're nice.

I see Goth come over to us and said, "Dad said it was fine with him." I smiled and said, "So, since you're staying the night. What are you two planning on doing?"

I see Palette shrug and Goth gives me a slight grin. I see Palette walk over to the sofa and sit down. I lightly grin at Goth and whispered, "You going to go rough on him tonight?"

I see him nod and said, "Yeah, I can tell he really would like me to do that." "How about you snuggle with him in your room and after a bit, strike and go rough on him."

He nodded and said, "Sounds like a good plan to me." He walked over to Palette and told him something. After that, they both left and went upstairs. I sighed and said to myself, "I should go and check on Geno."

I walked over to the stairs, as I had just gotten over there, I heard Goth and Palette laughing about something. I was happy my son had such an amazing boyfriend. I just wish Geno showed more affection to me.

I walked upstairs to mine and Geno's room. I walked in and saw the master bathroom door closed. I walked over to the door then, I lightly knocked on the door and said, "Can I come in?"

I hear him huff and said, "No, just wait till I get out of the bath." "Ok." I walked over to the bed and sat down on it, waiting for Geno to get out of the bathroom.

I pulled out my phone and saw I had gotten a message from my brother. I opened it up and read it.

P: Hey Sans, I wanted to tell you. On Thursday night, I was planning on coming over to your place and cooking up a nice dinner. Well, if you don't mind that is. Anyways, I thought I would text you and see if you were ok with that.

I smiled knowing how nice and kind he is. I got to thinking. It was about two days away. Yeah, that should be fine. I started to text him back.

R: Hey bro, that sounds good to me. I'll just have to ask Geno and see if he's ok with the plan.

I sent the message, as I did, I heard the bathroom door open. I see Geno in a towel wrapped around his chest. I smiled and said, "It's good to see you. I haven't seen you much today."

He just looked at me and said, "Please don't look at me till I get dressed." I looked away, laying down on the bed. I laid down on my side, my back facing Geno.

After a minute or two, I hear him say, "Ok, you can turn around." I sat up and saw him wearing his white shirt and black basketball shorts. I got up and walked over to him. I hugged him from behind and said, "How about we snuggle on the sofa or in bed?"

He moved my arms off of him and said, "Maybe later." I see him walk out of the bedroom. I sighed feeling a bit lonely. I wish he wasn't being so distant. I just want some of his attention or at least a little bit of it.

I decided to follow him. I went downstairs and walked to the kitchen. As I did, I saw Goth and Palette on the sofa in the living room. I went into the kitchen and saw Geno looking in the fridge.

I sighed and asked, "Baby, why are you being so distant with me?" He closed the fridge doors and looked at me. "I just want to have some alone time." I could tell he was hiding something from me. I just wasn't sure of what it was.

"Sweetheart, I feel like your hiding something from me. Are you?" I ask. I could see anger rise within him. "Me? Why do you think I'm hiding something?!" Geno yelled at me. I flinched at hearing how loud he was.

I could tell Palette and Goth were listening and watching us. I nervously say, "Well, I was just asking. You've been so distant and I wa-" "Shut it! I'm tired of you asking for my attention! I just want to have some alone time!"

I lightly shook as he spoke at me angrily. I don't know why he's so fired up. Is it because of me? Is it because of me being stupid? "Geno, I'm sorry. I have been busy and I just want to have some time with you," I said calmly, trying not to shake.

I see him take his ring off of his finger and said, "You know what! I'm done! I want a divorce!" He threw his ring on the ground and stormed away.

I fell on the ground feeling horrible. Then, I felt a wet substance fall down my face. I touched my face and felt tears falling down my face. I was crying...silently. "Dad! Are you ok?" Goth said sounding worried.

I just felt empty, I didn't say anything. I just sat there, staring at the ground. I looked at the ring, I grabbed it and looked at it. It was a beautiful diamond ring with a golden band but, somehow, he chipped the diamond from throwing it on the ground.

I sighed and leaned down. Feeling more tears stream down my face. "Reaper, are you ok?" Palette asked concerned. I didn't want them to see me like this. So, I just teleported away.
