Chapter 28 - Patrol With Emmerson, Not The Best Idea

hi,  sorry for not updating sooner just got a bit lazy and struggled with ideas and stuff

Gaby's P.O.V                 (who seriously doesn't love the Emmerson and Gaby characters?)

"Emmerson, walk faster," I complained, right now Emmerson and I are patrolling the boarder and Emmerson is walking as slow as a turtle just to annoy me. ITS BLOODY IRRITATING!

"But I broke my leg, look," Emmerson replied in a childish tone as she lifted up her right leg and attempted to make it look broken.

"Did you forget that we're were wolfs and broken bones heal in about thirty minutes so I don't see what you are complaining about?" I reasoned, lifting up both eyebrows just to add to the effect.

"I just broke it a minute ago," she muttered, but it was still loud enough for me to hear it. 

"How did you break it?" I asked cockily, HA, she probably doesn't have an answer for me now. I stopped and faced her, just to see her rubbing blood red berries on her leg, I lifted my eyebrows at her and she just smiled sheepishly.

Emmerson sighed deeply before jumping on my back, "AIRPLANE!" She screamed as I started to run through the forest with Emmerson still on my back. She even started to make stupid plane noises.

I smirked to myself before coming to a halt, Emmerson started to kick at my sides telling me to get a move on but I had a better plan in mind.

"Oh no, the plane is crashing," I screamed over-dramatically as I fell over and on to my back. I could feel Emmerson moving about from underneath my body weight and I started to laugh hysterically at her attempts to get me off of her.

"Get off of me you fat-tie," Emmerson muttered as she struggled to wriggle around under me; for the record, I'm as skinny as a twig but I weigh a lot more then I look, guess it comes from being tall.

Suddenly, I could feel myself being lifted in to the air and I started to laugh hysterically for no reason at all.

"Your one strange child Gaby," Emmerson muttered before she started to run in a full sprint. She sprinted all the way back to the pack house and all the way I was screaming "SHIT!" because she was going way to fast for my liking.

I heard the front door of the pack house slam open and closed and soon I felt myself being lifted in to a pair of muscular arms. My wolf was literally puring inside of me and in my mind I was screaming SHIT cause I didn't really want a mate at the moment.

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING EMMERSON? YOU COULD OF HURT HER!" Jason bellowed in his Beta tone. Shit, she's in trouble.

Jason's P.O.V

I held Gaby tighter to my chest as I tried to resist the urge to kill Emmerson for putting my mate in harms way, but her touch doesn't seem to be calming me down.

"We were playine airplanes," Emmerson answered with a smirk plastered on her face; I slowly placed Gaby on to her feet and she looked between the two of us smirking, but I could see it in her eyes that she is curious with what was going to happen.

I raised my fists trying to control my anger and Emmerson copied my movements, getting prepared for a fight which I was trying to hold back. Almost instantly Gaby ran in-between us and put her hand on her forehead; failing at hiding a smirk before she opened her mouth to speak.

"Oh my," She cried in a over-dramatic voice, "My two suitor's are going to fight over me." She fell on to her back as she pretended to faint and both Emmerson and I chuckled at her bad acting. God I love Gaby, and I'm not just saying that.

I walked over to her still form and reached my arms out to help her to her feet, Gaby still had her goofy smirk on her face as she started to run around like a blond bimbo playing damsel-in-distress.

"Oh did I miss the fight?" Gaby pretended to cry and Emmerson went over to pretend to comfort her.

"There, there fair lady," Emmerson said in a posh tone that made me start laughing my ass off. She sent me a death glare before continuing, "the fight hasn't even started yet."
